I signed up to study for a diploma with Smiles Dental in September 2025. At first I was concerned as it seemed like a large amount of work to put into a 6month period prior to my exam, however our tutor was super helpful. Jasmine was amazing, she answered queries quickly and was always available at the end of an email if needed. Her taught content was engaging and help to pull together the independent learning we had completed prior to the lesson.

Would highly recommend Smiles for any dental training needs.

I recently completed my NEBDN Dental Nursing course with Smiles Dental Training and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations.

From the very beginning, the level of support from the team was outstanding. Anna in particular played a huge role in my journey. She was incredibly supportive, patient and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. Whenever I needed guidance, reassurance or extra help, she was always there and made the whole process feel manageable and positive.

Studying alongside work and other commitments can be challenging, but the structure of the course and the encouragement from the team made a real difference. The course was very well organised, easy to follow and extremely user friendly. The study support provided throughout the programme gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to stay on track.

Anna, Chloe, Bonnie and the wider team created such a supportive and encouraging learning environment. It genuinely felt like they cared about every student and wanted each of us to succeed. That level of dedication and personal support is something you do not always find in training providers.

Thanks to their guidance and constant encouragement, I am proud to say that I have successfully passed my NEBDN Dental Nursing qualification. I am extremely grateful to the whole team for the role they played in helping me achieve this milestone.

As a mature student I felt the support and assistance with the online studies for my Sedation course, regular weekly assignments and personal emails from my tutor were brilliant. Devon was always quick to respond and because she has personal experience made the whole course more relatable. I'm looking forward to further continued studies with Smiles Dental Training!

Smiles Dental Training is run by a professional and extremely experienced staff. All the tutors are highly qualified and are very hands on with all their students and make themselves available to their students on a 24/7 basis. The pass rate for all students on all of their courses is extremely high. If you are looking for any sort of dental course then I highly recommend Smiles.

I am just about to take my exam for implant nursing with Smiles.
The whole experience from lessons, my portfolio and revision sessions have been easy to follow. From the start of my journey I have felt fully supported and Jasmine my tutor has been quick to respond to any of my queries.

My experience with smiles dental training was exceptional. The staff were so supportive and they were always available should I need them. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a more ideal experience for myself with my tutor, Anna. I was given very clear to follow revision resources, and I could ask anything I needed clarifying without worries to Anna, ranging from work to studies to personal adaptations to my struggles with mental health. This included a stay in hospital over the time period of my written exam and Anna made extra sure I was ready for anything that may crop up. I felt secure, supported and validated.
I would recommend to any aspiring dental nurse to go with Smiles Dental Training. You can work with the team as much or as little as you want, giving space for independent learners and also those that need more support.

Not impressed! Teaching information that contradicted Levison’s & when questioned which material was correct, would never get back to you. Course content provided by Smiles had missing info, unfinished paragraphs & incorrect info etc also struggled to get hold of tutors & the list went on! Would not use again.

Smiles Dental Training were fantastic at supporting and aiding me through my entire NEBDN qualification. Personally, I found the monthly zoom lessons beneficial for more complex topics- it was like being in a real life classroom with a teacher!
My tutor Chloe was amazing as I never felt I had to wait a long time if I had any concerns or questions. If Chloe wasn’t available all the other tutors were always happy to help and are lovely ladies.
I would highly recommend SDT and would use them in the future for any post grad courses.
