The worst thing that happened in my entire life. I ended up falling into their trap after seeing their Instagram profile, which looks so professional and elite. The conversation with them on Instagram made me book an appointment for a teeth whitening procedure, but the truth is different from what is posted there. Everything that you see online is a show, and the staff and the people behind this place are extremely illiterate and rude. Not only did they lack manners while treating customers, but they also did not understand customer service at all. To add to it all, the actual process of getting my teeth whitened turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. The quality of this treatment was very low, and now I can see absolutely no difference in the results.

Together with my girlfriend, I visited the Smiles Turkey team since I had an unpleasant smell coming from my mouth due to the bad state of my teeth. I was advised that I should get in touch with the Smiles Turkey team and tell them about my case. However, they not only charged a lot more than other dentists but also gave me even more severe pain. What should I do now?
