So I never leave reviews but felt like I had to on this occasion.
I have now come to the end of my journey with smile team and can honestly say I made the best choice in dental clinic. What a professional outfit this is !!
I had a few hiccups along the way but at no time was these guys going to let me leave the clinic with negative thoughts.
I was greeted with genuine happiness and smiles with every visit and was instantly put at ease.
The girls looking after me for my final fitting were just the best. They were calming, polite and very caring. The whole team made sure I didn’t leave my final day without being completely satisfied and I was more than 100% satisfied.
Thank you Smile Team. I would recommend you to any of my friends and family

After four years of on-and-off dental pain, multiple tooth losses, and only ever getting short periods of relief, I finally decided to bite the bullet and travel to Turkey for treatment. I honestly wish I’d done it sooner.

I did extensive research before choosing a clinic and ultimately went with one a friend had already used. The reviews were excellent — and now I completely understand why.

From start to finish, the Smile Team in Antalya were outstanding. On my first trip in September, everything was organised seamlessly, including hotel and clinic transfers. The hotel was a small 2* hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and actually really nice to meet others going through the same experience.

On day one I had three teeth removed and four implants placed. The entire procedure was quick and completely pain-free. I expected discomfort once the numbing wore off, but there was none at all. My gums healed beautifully over the following four months.

A special mention has to go to Dr. Gulsah Icen — she is an absolute perfectionist. She is incredibly gentle, kind, and patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout every part of my treatment. I always felt listened to and never rushed.

The patient coordinators, Wahab and Max, were also amazing. They made sure I fully understood every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and genuinely looked after me throughout both trips. They are so friendly and supportive, which really helps when you’re feeling nervous.

I’ve now returned for my second visit and had my final teeth fitted. I am absolutely over the moon with the results — they are exactly what I hoped for and more. I was unsure about going so light in shade, but the clinic advised me professionally and I’m so glad I trusted them. You do get used to the lighter colour, and the end result looks amazing.

The second visit included teeth preparation, temporary teeth (which were very comfortable and allowed me to eat normally), and two root canals — again, completely pain-free.

This experience has been life-changing for me. I’m finally pain-free and confident again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment abroad. I met others along the way who did not have the pain free experience I did and I feel very grateful my experience has been an amazing one 😆

Came to smile team with no doubt about it, from the beginning of messaging and asking for a quote they were very professional and fast responsive, then arriving into turkey everything was handled by them. THE SMILE TEAM *All staff are exellent ,my procedure was explained in detail ,i opted for sedation and this relaxed me i never felt anythink i had teeth removed and 4 on 4 implants had minimum swelling ,no bruising ..i will return in 4 months for finals ..my temps look great also .thankyou so much smile team for restoring my confidence and i cant wait to be back ..simoly the best

I first contacted the Smile Team in June 2025 after a friend recommended them. I sent photos of my teeth and was asked about my medical history. I have type 2 diabetes, and when my blood sugar levels were found to be too high, they refused to proceed until I had them under control. That alone gave me real confidence in their professionalism.

Once my levels improved, I travelled to Antalya in September. I was met at the airport by their driver and taken to my hotel. The next morning I was collected and taken to the clinic, where the team was very welcoming.

After reviewing my case, the surgeon, Tolgahan, advised that given my age (67) and diabetes, it would be safer to remove all my teeth rather than try to save a few. This matched my own preference. That same day I had all my teeth removed and twelve implants inserted. When the anaesthetic started to wear off, the surgeon immediately topped it up, and the rest of the procedure was painless.

Because of my diabetes, the implants were stitched under the gums and I wasn’t given fixed temporary teeth. I was provided with medication and mouthwash, and everything was explained clearly. That evening I expected to be in pain, but I slept well and woke up feeling fine. Even my speech was hardly affected.

Two days later I had temporary dentures fitted, then returned home for four months to heal. During that time I had a few small bone fragments come through my gums, which the Smile Team told me was common. A UK dentist later confirmed this and even complimented the quality of the implant work.

I returned to Antalya in January 2026 for my final teeth. I was treated by Esin, the prosthetist, and her assistant Ahsen. The fitting process was careful and methodical. There were trial fittings, scans and bite checks, and I could see how much attention to detail Esin put into her work.

When my final teeth were fitted, my bite was almost perfect the first time. As an engineer of 50 years, I genuinely appreciated the workmanship.

I’m absolutely delighted with the result and very grateful to the whole Smile Team especially Esin and Adelia for their care, patience and professionalism

This experience has been the bravest most scariest thing I think I have ever done. What a team, what a level of care, what a breeze from start to finish. I am so happy I finally have my smile back. Thank you to the wonderful people at smile team!

I would like to express my huge gratitude to the entire Smile Team team. And especially to my incredibly good implantologist surgeon Dr. Tolgahan, who performed my implant surgery in the first stage of my treatment. A great person who made me relax and not be afraid of anything during the surgery. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my great dentist specialist Dr. Said and his assistant Ebru. These are people who made me feel in the safest hands, I received great attention, warm treatment, they listened patiently to my concerns and requests. They did the best for me, even exceeded my expectations. Incredibly precise work, words are not enough to express the gratitude and feelings I feel. I also want to thank Dr. Merinaz and her assistant Zehra, who was also a very important part of my treatment, thank you for the attention and dedication with which she worked. I am very happy and glad that I trusted them. I highly recommend the clinic. My treatment took place in 2 stages, and on both visits everything was prepared down to the smallest detail, starting from the meeting at the airport, the transfer to the hotel, the daily transfer to the clinic and back, just a great organization, to perfection. Everyone in the clinic speaks several languages, which makes communication between doctor and patient as easy as possible, that's great. I also want to thank my coordinator Max, he was great from beginning to end, informing me about absolutely everything related to my treatment and not only. Thank you very much Smile Team, for giving me back my smile.

I have just returned from my second visit to smile team Antalya the staff are absolutely amazing that take good care of you and they are so happy cheerful towards customers / patients thay make the whole experience as good as it can be the doctors and sergions are brilliant I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go and have dental work done thank you to everyone involved in my treatment

I contacted smile team a few months back, I Was very nervous coming the dentist, but from the minute I arrived for my 1st visit they were very welcoming to having surgery very reassuring explaining everything I needed to know in detail and was with me every step of the way, highly recommend this company they are the best!

I used to hide my smile out of fear and insecurity, but now I feel genuinely confident again. The whole team was wonderful and made me feel supported every step of the way.

Brilliant service from smile team , couldn’t ask for any better.
Had 2 visits 6 months apart for healing purposes. Accomadtion and transfers were really good.
No issue with the language at all.

Really happy with the final result , staff and dentist’s all really friendly. Any small issues are dealt with perfectly. Never rushed or forced on any decisions. Very accommodating to ensure your get the result you want.

Also very honest and trustworthy , price came down due to some procedures that weren’t required. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Staff is super friendly and nice, It was difficult to think about getting my teeth removed and getting implants, however they did made it easy for me to understand and walked me through every step and it’s was pretty smooth ngl, the work done is pristine I’m happy how it came out ngl, I’d advice to bring some extra money with you, there might me some extra work needed to be done and/or getting some extra features (like temps) depending on what you having done.
Overall I’m fully happy with the experience and my new smile 😁

After having years of problems with loose teeth and resending gums I finally contacted the smile team in Turkey.
From the first moment I made contact they walked me through every procedure and now 6 months later I have my perfect smile that I always wanted. Thank you to the smile team and especially Wahab my coordinator for looking after me.

Firstly the communication to begin with is First class. Qoute issued after a few messages exchanged. Support with flight arrangements with smile team arranging the hotel and transfers as part of the package. Experience of the treatment which for me was 20 zirconium crowns was superb. Treatment started on the Monday with final fitting on the Thursday. Excellent team on site and aftercare is of a high standard. Can't recommend highly enough
