Purchased a nail kit £16.48 on 15th June 2020 its now the 18th July and I have still not received it.

Complete SCAM. I will be reporting them to Instagram and the BBB. They are thieves!

Never received a product and there is no way to contact them this is a scam and needs to be put to and end. Horrible stay away beware.

I had not received my purchase & filed a complaint with PayPal. These people did not return my email. After PayPal contacted them I suddenly get an email asking if I had received the the item, I say no. PayPal turned down my request because they said tracking confirmed it had been delivered, yeah today 7/17 along with 3 other items I ordered. Guess they didn't want my complaints any more.

It said that my stuff was delivered but I never got it and I ordered it in April and this is July.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE RIP OFF. IT IS DOWN RIGHT THEFT !!!

If there was 0 stars they'd get that. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Not received product despite numerous emails telling me it's on its way etc. Lost my money, £20 but you know.

My order which I placed on the 21st of June, 2020 hasn't received. I believe this is a scam and this company is located in Hongkong. If it is a company in Hongkong, it is a scam and this happened to me before. I would never order anything ever.

Ordered Degrease 2 cans used my PayPal account. received email with transaction number and a weird invoice number no word since or when it was shipped. I believe my money was stolen and is A SCAM.

I. Buy for Instagram May 26. The same day take my money off my account and I still waiting for the product. Never in my life feels so bad. How people scam from you without punishment.

I saw item advertising bees wax for floors, company was called universal wax. PayPal came up smiley home. Got email to say order on the way along with tracking number. This all happened in may now it's July. I live in uk. Thank God it was £25 I didn't order more. Facebook should investigate all these products that's advertising

Scam. Ordered pond cleaner. No goods and money taken. Thieving scumbags.

I got scamed. I purchased an item on July 4 and received an email confirmation, but it came up smilehomys.coms email so I didn't think anything about it. I received another email in 3 days later with a tracking # and it said to download shop.com to review, so I did and it showed item on it's way then 4 to 5 days later it said delivered. No item ever received stole my money for $22.95. Thank god this wasn't a bigger amount.

This is a scan don't buy anything for here. All they do is still your money then say you don't buy anything for them even thought you have proof from your bank account 😠

SheWish, Smile Homey they are one and the same. A set of scammers. Bought something from March no merchandise and no company to respond to. Paypal is now changing the agreement. Now I will never do business with Paypal again and I am wary of all online shopping. Set of thieves.

Smileyhomey/Lavenderlychee are one and the same or one is a distributor of the other. Either way product comes from china. I ordered a product in May on Lavenderlychee and paid by PayPal and Statement on PayPal showed Smileyhomey. I haven’t received any goods and have reported to my card company as scam for a refund.

I ordered the plant food liquid and it has been 5 weeks since and I have tried email and when I click on there web site I am redirected. If you used PayPal send them a email and they will help you out.. Or if you used your Credit Card they should also help you out.. But what I don't understand is why they don't pull this co. Off FB and were ever else they show up. I can see cause of what the country is going through it taken a bit longer for shipping. But when you can't reach anyone that is a problem.

Ordered 4 wiggle balls back on April. Charged my credit card and never shipped the items. Do not respond to emails. Also goes by the name Icysunrise. Nothing but a scam!
