Only gullible people "invest" money with dodgy websites with no known business, no reputation etc. No address also a very bad trust index, many bad reviews on the Internet, domain is less than 6 months old, the owner of the domain name is hidden, it's a short life expectancy domain. All thanks to gal.way.re.lian.ce they help me recoup my funds...

Scam scam scam. Never trust this company. After they asked me to deposit $200 and they will call and act very professional, they also make me feel like I had chosen the best platform because I can see bonus and profit of over $100 Euro growing in just one day. They will keep contacting you via phone and email to make you feel that they are trustworthy to give you one on one training and at the same time help you to trade. After just few days of contacting me, they just disappear for good and I can never contact them again, the email that they use to send me became ghost email, when I sent out the email it pop up the message as the the domain of the email had been shut down, I tried to call them via phone number that they provided, it said "not in service". When I go to their website tried to log in the smitrade websit, it said this website cannot be reach. I lost $200 Euro to learn my lesson.

This business will be shut down like ROFX.NET was! I had money in both and was ripped off. I reported SMI to ActionFraud and ROFX to the FBI for stealing my money.

I have spoken to Sheurwayne and he has shown me his account with this company and he has spoken the Truth. He has invested heavily with this company and has put over 13 requests to withdraw funds and none of these transactions have been approved. I am worried that other people will be in the same boat and are afraid to speak out. All the positive reviews are fake and my question to SMI market is why have they not attempted to satisfy Sheurwayne the customer or look into his case. The guy is a true and genuine person that has not said anything bad about this company. In order to gain confidence with this company I need Sheurwayne account requests to be attended too. And for all those people wanting to leave a positive review ask about this account first and then write a review if this account has been settled, I would also ask SMI why they are not completing his request. SMI will make up a funny story but Sheurwayne has indicated that he will update everyone once a positive outcome is settled.

utterly frustrated deposited 7000 euro to trtade i read their site details and was impressed they would let me withdraw when in profit. i progressed to having 26000 in my account and I wanted to withdraw 5000 but they refuse to engage and have not let me withdraw.. i done some research and they do not have an office at the address they say in canary warf they are NOT licenced or regulated in estonia and the contacts I had for them their phone numbers are dead and my email;s to the contact niki ray are never answered. scam company and thiefs....... don't ask me to contact smi-support as they don't answer me and why should they as you have my money now...
i dealt with Jonathan bria qat first but he is non contactable.... i am a man of resource and smi will pay some price for treating me this way....

Complicated, complex and a complete waste of time & money. I requested a return of funds in the 19/11/20 when the balance was over £250. I'm still waiting for a refund of £15 (08/01/21) which is all that is left in the account despite markets reaching record levels. I have no idea if this is a scam but it certainly feels like it. Fortunately I went in with a low amount to test it out. Good job I did, they lost the lot within a couple of weeks.

03/02/21 - You can see from the review reply that the issue of a refund has not been addressed. I asked to cash in when I was £250 in credit. This didn't happen. The account is still live although I asked in November for it to be closed. It currently has a balance of £15. That still has not been returned. I strongly advise not to use this platform.

It is a scam company do not trust it. I have lost all my money and I am just warning you not to pay any money as a deposit

I lost everything dealing with smi markets and want to warn anyone else thinking to invest with this company.
This is how they work, I was dealing with Max Silvers (account manager) very helpful at the time explaining to me about my return with my investment and how he would personally help me with this. When the time comes to withdraw funds the issue started, original request was put in and after 4 weeks still didn't receive any of my money back, phone calls, emails still nothing.
Don't want anyone else to go through the stress I have.

Deposited with SMI-Markets and have not done one trade.
I tried to withdraw my deposit and it feels like getting blood out of a stone no it's strange my account manager who used to call me every day. all of a sudden doesn't call me anymore he's name is Max Silvers. the number which he calls me is of line too 02037694014
And checked my account only to find out my payment want to Nigeria
Avoid at all cost all the positive rate are from there marketing team please please, please Avoid

Asked for a trade the account manager made on my behalf to be closed and asked what the stop loss was on said trade. Both requests ignored and my the money in my account was subsequently lost in the trade.

Asked several times for information on regulation and brokers licences. Again, little information forthcoming.

Wasted a lot of time speaking with my account manager with no results.

I feel like a fool and don’t want others to feel the same. Avoid.

In response to the comments raised by SMI:
- I haven’t disagreed to you recovering my lost funds. I’ve suggested how we should proceed and am waiting to hear back
- your message contradicts with what my account manager advised me (there was no stop loss). She also did not reply to an email I sent asking directly what the stop loss was.
- your account manager clearly isn’t a great teacher or good at listening. She did not show me a) how to close a trade or b) close the trade after I asked her to.

Fake company fake set up to the extent of fake reviews being posted across the internet to pose as a legitimate company. Bit of research shows They have scammed a lot of unsuspecting souls like me. They claim when you trade tens of years this is what happens with any company. No real company has fake positive reviews on dysfunctional fake sites.

Going for Chargeback option too does not work as Mastercard does not approve anything to do with stocks as a valid complaint. They are using this loop hole to con people. You cannot ever withdraw funds even if you never traded a day and went through all the hoops they make you dance through.

I received a call person sounded great signed up with a basic account, uploaded all documents asked. Account manager was to call, repeatedly kept promising never kept the timings. Assigned to a different account manger same story. I asked for a refund. They then asked me to reverify. This after already confirming my account was verified on email. Stated a statement was dated July when it was October. Clearly people who cannot read. Staff is from some asian country not UK based so do not know when they are looking at valid documents. Refused to accept a letter by the council too. Just not refunding the amount going around in circles.

Realised why this felt like a Highly unprofessional company much later. It is not a real broker firm at all. Resurface with new names and wrap old business up. Avoid like the plague !!! Keep your wallets safe.

As they said below they did call back claiming initially that the refund was processed and telling me this on the last call. When this wasn't told ever. I was waiting for a callback to have a starting session. A miniute later person says I will initiate the refund now and call you back when the refund is complete. Contradiction in the same call. Anyways he confirmed that he will issue the refund and I will update my review if he does.

Following the below, I will contact you on Monday by phone and email and see how you respond. If I don’t get any joy I will happily post back on here. I’ve sent trust pilot the FCA (finance conduct authority) link which proves you are unregulated and in there words a ‘scammer’

Still awaiting my funds from withdrawal. Have to date submitted 3 withdrawals requests. From reviews and my own experience the brokers have a professional approach up to point of getting you to deposit funds. I'd be interested if any reviewers have had any success of getting their money out. Also I note that the company has responded to reviews from May-Jul when it was smimarkets.com but all has gone quiet since that site was taken down and re-emerged as smi-markets.com (note the hyphen).

Joined a few months back for Forex trading, but loved their assistance of indices too! So, it’s fair to say that SMI is best in all aspects.

I only wish I had read these reviews before opening an account. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ONE IOTA!! IT IS ONE BIG SCAM. Any positive comments are fake, work it out for yourself. They are just con merchants, without any conscience. I don't know how they sleep at night. They are somehow linked to Bitcoin Evolution, which is another scam company. BEWARE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT!!!!!!

Fake company, this is a bitcoin scam. All the reviews here are fake. This company does not appear anywhere other than their website, which does not seem professional. They ask for a deposit and claim they have an auto trading robot, and then keep calling you and say you have open trades and for you to "grow the balance back". Beware.

Verification took a little while but as soon everything was settled, transactions were smooth and I got to monitor my trades efficiently. Their user interface is very easy to use and navigate. Simple
but clean.

This response has been modified based on the response from the company. They have answered none of my questions and I am less reassured now than before. You can judge for yourselves.

Firstly, I have given one star for no other reason than I have a suspicion, only a suspicion that the previous reviews, all 7 of them have taken place in the last 3 days. Most of them YESTERDAY!

This review wont be as short and sweet as the other 7 all of the reviews are 3 days old or less and most were scripted YESTERDAY!!!

I received a cold call from from a male abroad. He raised my interest and then passed me onto what I would say was a closing sales person. In this case a woman. If I were a woman, no doubt, i would have been passed to a man. This person was very friendly and I politely asked for her to arrange a convenient time to discuss.

She called back the following morning, on time, as agreed. Her greeting was "Good morning darling" The conversation continued stage by stage down the predictable closing stages, the assumed purchase of something I knew nothing about and she knew I knew nothing about, came after about 10 minutes.

This raises several obvious questions, if not my eyebrows:

I would expect a trading company with a good and long trading history would have many reviews dating back months and years.Why would the sum total of the reviews, all 7 turn up together in 3 days?

Could these reviews be fake?

Did the company only start 3 days ago?

i have no idea whether this company is legitimate or not, but my one star is there to open your eyes and study, research. Don't get pressured by a pushy sales person to act now. If they are trying to rush you, it's usually because they know if you're not on the hook immediately, you will seek advice, research and end up not buying from them.

The markets have been around for a very long time. There is no need to jump in. Fools rush in where wise men fear to tread!

So, in summary this company could be good or bad. I have not yet had time to research it. If I do invest I will ensure I know everything about it and will check out another 3 or 4 companies offering a similar service.
Once armed with knowledge I will ask what is their unique selling point (USP)?
Who if anyone regulates them? There is nothing on their web page that i can find.
What safeguards are there on my money and the trades they are in?

My advice, do your due diligence, take your time, research and take care!
