Absolutely terrible experience at Smith…
Absolutely terrible experience at Smith & Smith Manukau branch. I had to visit their store **twice**—first on **February 10th** and again on **February 22nd**—because they kept ordering the wrong windscreen. Both times, I had to leave my car and spend over **$100 on taxis**.
The second time, they started removing my windscreen **without even having the correct replacement**, leaving it half-done and creating a mess. Now, I hear **wind noise** while driving because they didn’t fix all the **clips and joints**, and after almost a **month**, I’m still stuck with a cracked screen!
To make matters worse, they finally called me back only to say it would take **13 weeks** to import the right glass. I had no choice but to ditch them and go with **Novus Glass**, who are bringing in the correct glass in just **4 weeks**.
Avoid this place if you value your time and money!
