40-bottle dual zone cooler just stopped cooling one day. I'm sure the fix is simple, like a new control panel or something, but SMITH AND HANKS HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. So - that's about $1000 wasted. It worked for about a year.

I have a 169 bottle cooler that is still under warranty. It stopped cooling in October. S&H sent me a circuit board without instructions, which I had installed, but it did not fix the cooler. Since then, I have been unable to contact, BY ANY MEANS, S&H. No one answers the phone, responds to email, texts, or chats. The one time I got a receptionist on the phone, she apologized and assured me that someone would call me back; that was almost a month ago. I have left repeated phone messages...crickets.
