I took a delicate 200 year old map for framing. I wanted someone to treat it with care, and to provide advice in the best glass to use to prevent fading. Alan and Amanda were amazing! They were very helpful in guiding us re mounts as well as frames. The pair of pictures were ready in less than the 2wks, despite having to order in the wood for the frames. Cork spacers in the corners and fasteners for the hanging cord which were relatively flush to the back of the frame were a nice surprise. This made it easier for us to hang the pair of paintings by ourselves.
