I tried the Sawadi blend. It is a beautifully balanced coffee. A medium roast with robust and at the same time delicate Flavors. Not too strong, but bold enough to wake me up in the mornings.
Beats the Nespresso pods I have been using until now.

Overall, a really enjoyable cup of coffee. I use a plunger usually which allows me to experiment with different brewing times and ratios, and I’m really looking forward to exploring with Mama Yangu’s Medium Roast Sidamo bean. The first thing that greets you is the pleasant, but subtle enough, citrus aroma which doesn’t fall flat when it comes to the actual flavour. I usually say that coffee smells better than it tastes, but I was surprised how well the flavour carries the citrus through without being overbearing. Instead, you get a well-balanced, flavourful cup of coffee with bitterness that isn't overwhelming.

The filter coffee is so unique regards to flavor. We loved having as it was pleasantly refreshing when it came to taste and smell. We have tried brands from Importers, Bootleggers, Vida, Trebodore and more. Most of the coffees taste the same but this had an impact on us. This filter coffee Mama Yangu - Zawadi is what you are looking for if you want something different to the norm.
