I don't want to leave 1 star even after my experience with the customer support today. I previously left a review for them not replying to my emails and then removed after they requested and responded. Today, I was on live chat asking about an issue regarding youtube social shares and then I complained that a project is executing since a week now but it not delivered yet, the reply I got was disgusting. I was told that "I am not going to help you. Pay something if you need help". I have screenshots as well. I was on trial and had not availed everything so I asked about what the trial is for if I have to pay. He then got angry and said everything on your account is blacklisted and trial is removed. Also, Once I tried to open the website with an add on 'Adguard' installed, it warned me that the site is not safe and I should not visit smmshop.com and now I see that was true. They are not worth spending time and money. You can request screenshots as well, I have them.
After him denying any kind of support despite me being on trial, I questioned about the trial and then he blackmailed me so i said “f.o” that was exactly what i typed. His pathetic attitude forced me say that but that was at a very later stage.” How come he denied and then blackmailed me despite me being on trial? Is it ethical? Is it professional? Is it respectful? SHAME on this business.
