Amazing results and so informative

Amazing results and so informative

Sam has been amazing in helping me understand the importance of nutrition, my skin, gut and hormone health have improved so much since doing the plan.
Sam helped me get a plan together and create a way for me to have a structure to my diet that made me feel less overwhelmed when choosing meals which has helped me massively.

Would really recommend working with Sam you can tell he is passionate and has so much knowledge to share

It’s been an absolute blessing working…

It’s been an absolute blessing working with Sam, I got in touch with the team as I was feeling lost after a knee injury found myself spiralling into a unhealthy state, eating what I wanted drinking far to much!! I needed a change….

Working with sam getting my nutrition back on track has kicked my mind frame back to that healthy state I’m more conscious of what I’m putting in my mouth and also more conscious of trying to hit protein intake I was well under eating on the protein front which Sam highlighted and over the last 90days the scales has gone down about 7 pounds but iv manage to gain muscle which was my goal!!! 🙌🏻

Working with Sam and the team has kicked me back into a state of mine where I want to look after myself again, ensuring me that it’s only me who can make that change and we are here to help you with the journey.

Massive thanks to Sam for keeping me on track having good communication through out, I would recommend to not just those who want to lose weight, but also those who just need to switch the mind back on track!! It all starts with the nutrition 🙏🏻

Passion + knowledge = results!!

More than a Nutrition Coach

I initially went to Sam for Nutrition and Fat Loss advice , and what I actually got was so much more. Through my experience with Sam I learnt how my lifestyle impacts my goals and for the first time ever the focus wasn’t the scales. Sam’s extremely knowledgable and understanding and I’d highly recommend him.

Provides more than the basic nutrition info

Brilliant nutrition coach who provides more information than just what to eat and what not to eat.
I learned so much working with Sam, he really helped me figure out what my goals were and break them down into achievable targets. My mental health, time management and overall fitness has all improved, very happy client

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better nutritionist!

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Sam. I explained to them that my goal was to improve my nutrition, start making good new habits, and lose some weight in the process. From the get-go, Sam told me that he wanted it for me to be an opportunity to learn, and not just to be told what to do.

He started by asking me about my current habits involving food and what I liked and disliked. He then created a document with suggestions of meal ideas that still included the things that I like to both eat and drink so that I could still have them from time to time so it would make the process more sustainable.

We would have a scheduled weekly check-in over the phone but If I ever needed any advice or opinions on anything he was always available by text even though I am in a different time zone.

He was also great at explaining exactly why he was doing what he was doing so that I could completely understand the reasoning behind each decision that was made.

Another great thing Sam does is invite his clients into a WhatsApp group so we were able to share our wins, cheer each other on and even share workouts/recipes with each other. This is a fantastic way to speak to people who are on a similar journey and really helped to keep me motivated.

I honestly can't sing Sam's praises enough. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nutritionist for any situation.

Great knowledge with realistic guidance.

Sam was really supportive and knowledgable whilst also being super realistic to my own individual needs and lifestyle. Solution oriented for any challenges you could face and also honest about where you were succeeding but also where we could improve. The whole program was a team effort and collaboration between myself and Sam to achieve my over all goals. No question is too big or small and he really takes his time to understand you.

Easy plans to maintain

Sam really helped me learn a better understanding with food, and also created a plan around me an my work life. He made my plan enjoyable and simple to maintain which was the main thing as I’d been coached before and being to restrictive for me didn’t work! Highly recommend Sam, Thankyou !!!

Highly recommend!

I started working with Sam over the summer with the aim to generally lose some weight and fit into my bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding, but what I got was much more than that. I came away with a whole new set of good habits and a better relationship with food which I’ve been able to carry forward. I was able to lose weight consistently and my weekly chats with Sam held me accountable which is what I needed most. Even on weeks where I hadn’t made much progress because of social commitments etc. Sam continued to be supportive and always got me back on track. I would highly recommend him!

Highly recommend

Sam has been coaching me for the last 6 months now and the progress I've made has been exactly what I've needed. Having someone keeping you accountable, giving you the encouragement and knowledge to keep going is the biggest motivator. Sam has been nothing but amazing to have in my corner, I've made so much progress and couldn't have done it without his support. Highly recommend him!

Started working with Sam 8 weeks before…

Started working with Sam 8 weeks before going on holiday as I wanted to feel comfortable whilst away. I’ve always been good with my training but nutrition has been a big downfall for me. Sam got me started straight away and listened to all my likes/dislikes and quickly got me into a plan which worked for my lifestyle. He kept in contact throughout the week and the accountability really kept me on track. He was really knowledgable and I feel like I’ve come away not only losing the weight (and more) I wanted to but having learnt a lot about nutrition and diets moving forward which I’m so grateful for!

NEW CLIENT

I've known of Sam for a while now through somebody else that i know that uses his services but i was rather reluctant to start with him myself. That being said, when i did, he made it so easy! I've since been with him for nearly two weeks and already made HUGE changes. Making the right choices seems so easy but i dont and now the accountability is there. I'm loving this so far and I'm sure you'll read this Sam so just to let you know... I actually saw my first real weight loss on the scale today and I'm only in the 2nd week. I've been maintaining the last week and now I'm seeing the results of the practices you are enforcing with me. Nutrition has ALWAYS been my biggest downfall but it doesn't seem so scary anymore. Thanks Sam. You're a legend!

I can't recommend Sam enough - Life changer

Sam has helped me changed the way I review food and nutrition. There is absolutely no doubt I have an odd relationship with food and Sam's helped me no end keep me on track and change my whole perception of food and how I deal with my week. I can't recommend him enough, worth every penny! Overall I lost 10lb in 8 weeks, 3.5 inches of my waist and 2.5 inches off my stomach and hips.

I enrolled in Dan and Sam’s online…

I enrolled in Dan and Sam’s online coaching plan to finally take some accountability and stop with the fad diets.
They both listened to my likes and dislikes when it came to food and exercise to build a plan around my busy lifestyle.
After 8 weeks of healthy eating and working out I was able to lose 10lbs and felt amazing in my bridesmaid dress last week which was one of the goals I was working towards.
They both continually took the time to check in and were incredibly supportive in my journey and provided all of the necessary resources to achieve my goals.
I would highly recommend the program as I have learnt so much and have a new found love for exercise.
