It's been nearly a month, and I still haven’t received the $250 refund. When I asked for an explanation, their AI Customer Support falsely claimed that the delay was due to my credit card company holding the funds. However, my credit card company confirmed that this is not how the process works, suggesting that Smodin may not be truthful about the situation.

I thought of buying it, but they landed me directly to the payment page; I thought maybe I needed to do this to start my trial; my card was inactive; as soon as I began to the trial, they tried to charge me for a month and have been trying since then until theysucceededd today because my card was active. I tried a lot to delete my accou,nt but they juskeptep requesting payment again and again and finally took it.

Sadly, I now read the reviews here that say they have been scammed, too, and guess what?? they say we don't do refunds, what a shame to go away with someone'e hard earned money like this.

They tried to charge my credit card for R$470, even though it said on the website that it was a 7-day free trial and in Brazil it was R$0 for a limited time.

Now they are claiming that I owe a bill for something that should not have been charged in the first place. In Brazil, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase. Article 49. The consumer may cancel the contract within 7 days of signing or receiving the product or service. Whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occurs outside of a commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home, I do not recognize this purchase, since it was very clear on the website that I would have 7 free days.

I want the outstanding bill to be canceled and my subscription to the platform as well, immediately, since I have not even used the service. Otherwise, I will take legal action.

Furthermore, I am constantly receiving emails regarding this value. I received an email from b****@smodin.io on 01/14/2024 at 1:26 pm.
Could you please cancel the charge and the service, as I did not use it and will not use it and will not pay for a year of something that I will not use, I was informed about the free trial on the website and the charge was made before even completing a day test.
