smoke day has awesome costumer service and their products are even better. glass pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged very well. 5 working days delivery . if your looking for a bong take a look @ sully from monsters inc. this bong rippes huge clouds with no coughing. smoooooooooooth hitting

I had an amazing experience with Smoke…

I had an amazing experience with Smoke Day! Their communication was easy and responsive the whole time, which made everything smooth and stress-free. They quickly sent me a replacement with no hassle at all, and the free shipping was definitely a big plus. Everything arrived safely and well-packaged. I genuinely loved my experience and even recommended this website to a friend. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Good customer service, questionable product quality

I ordered my first piece from this site and it survived less than 3 months, the bottom dropping out when I slightly touched it to the corner of the bathroom counter. I break a lot of glass, though, so I blamed myself instead of the quality of the item. I saw a BOGO deal and decided since I'll inevitably break them, two identical pieces would be fine. I confirmed the BOGO deal with the online support agent, but when my order shipped it showed only 1 item. My email was met with assurance that both items were on the way. They were not, predictably only one arrived. I will say that the problem was fixed efficiently, they shipped out my second item within a few days. HOWEVER, I've had the BOGO pieces for a few weeks and already broke one. I didn't drop it. It was sitting on the floor, got *tipped over*, and shattered. That's unacceptable quality for glass, even on a BOGO deal. A piece not being able to handle being dropped is one thing - but multiple pieces breaking basically just from being touched wrong? That's a quality issue. I doubt I'll be ordering again.

A truly wonderful company

A truly wonderful company. Support staff is great, helpful, & knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to see a company that cares about their customers! I recommend Smokeday.com to all whom what great service $ products😊. Worth every hard earned penny😊.

I contacted about a broken piece that I…

I contacted about a broken piece that I had received. They promptly responded to my email and asked for a picture. They responded about that receipt as well. I then received an email stating they are replacing the piece. I received it today and it is beautiful and made of excellent quality. Excellent, quick, and efficient customer service. I will gladly purchase again

Great customer service!

I've ordered from this company in the past and had a great experience. This last time I ordered a bong, and it arrived broken. Rose Ann from customer service was great to work with. She responded to my email quickly and professionally. I sent a couple of pictures and a video of the broken piece and after review, the company sent a replacement bong. The whole process was smooth and quick. I'll definitely order from Smokeday again!

Reliable and quality at a decent price

Smokeday is a great business in my opinion. Everytime I have placed an order, it is timely and correct. The products I have ordered are quality. I love the free shipping for an order over $9.99.
I can depend on Smokeday.com for my smokin needs.

Great experience!

Placed an order and there was a small mix-up. No worries, stuff happens! Contacted SmokeDay and let them know the issue. My situation was handled quickly and professionally. They even checked in to see that I was satisfied. Definitely will be purchasing here again!

My experience with delivery was great…

My experience with delivery was great the product was also great. My item got to me quick and fast but I missed the delivery and my item said it was return to sender I contact them and they replied to me so fast and they shipped it again and I got it again so fast in like 3 days they are very professional and they care about shipping the products to their customers so they can have it fast.. now all my smokers want their glass blunt immediately they make that a priority AND its a great price.

This is my second review but Smokeday…

This is my second review but Smokeday sent me a defective modul unit. Ignored me for 2 weeks after I recieved my defective product. After a heated email I sent they finally got back to me with trouble shooting tips. I tried all the steps to try and fix the unit they gave me. I sent photo and video evidence of the problem and the said they would resend my order. They resent a coil not my unit that was malfunctioning. My resend invoice clearly show what they were supposed to send me. (This was supposed to be a Xmas present). I brought this to smokeday's attention and was told to wait until someone reviewed my case again.... seriously it's been 2 months and still.... Smokeday is not your friendly customer service people. If you have a bigger purchase don't get it here these guys will jerk you around until they don't feel like dealing with you any more then try and tell you to go to the manufacturer.

Update
After ordering on dec 18th smoke day finally got me my piece... took alot of emails but finally resolved my issues.. it is currently feb 20th so there ya go. Got my stuff and it all works. satisfied just getting my operational piece
