Horrible customer experience.

After spending more than $320 online with this company, I received an email claiming that my biometics (ID and face scan, I'm not kidding) will need to be captured by a 3rd party against my will (iDenfy) for me to receive my order.

They never ask you BEFORE you purchase whether that's ok, nor do they tell you what this mysterious third party is going to do you with your face, address, data, biometrics.

If the alleged goal here is to verify that I'm not 14 years old trying to smoke spending hundreds on cigars mind you, not cigarettes or vapes, then why would they not accept a scan of my ID (drivers' license or passport)?

Smoke Inn could verify it themselves, like many other online shops are doing, but transferring this to a third party and not letting their customers chose is scandalous.

Never again with these clowns.

Got a promo email and decided to take advantage of the promotion..literally ordered within mins of getting emailed. Next day got an email saying sorry out of stock. 3 word email responses. Very dismissive. Highly unlikely ill even check the site again for anything

Trash cigar quality upon shipment and trash people working for this company. Many better competitors out there

Ordered twice from them... Once for a box of Arturo Fuentes, once for a couple of 5 cigar packs. Both orders were well packed and shipped promptly (within two business days). Both were received in good condition. No complaints from me... I don't know about the other reviews below but that definitely was not my experience. Good Prices*Prompt Shipping*Good Selection -- that was my experience.

I placed an order on Smokeinn.com for two boxes of cigars. I received an email that the order went through and my card got charged.
I realized a few weeks later that I had not yet received the order and logged onto my account. The order status said failed.
I called smokeinn.com, they said there was an issue with my order because the deliver address is different from the billing address.
Why charge my card if the order did not go through? Were they going to ever let me know (the guy who picked up said no they would not have)?
I would not recommend this cigar vendor. I would recommend going with a more reputable source (ie Holts, Cigar International, Thompson, etc).
If you end up going through smokeinn.com, just monitor your order closely and check your shipment for all items. Just my two cents.

Excellent company to use for your cigars if you live in the UK. I've orderd twice from them now and both times recieved the product in a super quick time span. highy recomended.

Handle ikke ved dette firma. Da en pakke blev væk under transport og jeg skrev til dem, ville de ikke gøre noget og det var selvom jeg havde tegnet en International Shipping Insurance. De holdte bare op med at svare på mine mail :-(

Do not shop at this company. When a package was lost during transport and I wrote to them, they would not do anything and that was even though I had taken out International Shipping Insurance. They just stopped replying to my emails :-(
