consistently fail at the same day…

consistently fail at the same day delivery,, the call line is closed at 4pm yet the we are unavailable message plays at 3:40 so we can't chase them up for the same day delivery's that they have failed to deliver, this is now the 4th and last time, im raising this false advising garbage with the ACC

Scammers

Do not order online from these scammers. Incorrect description of products, many don't work as advertised, overpriced. I will never shop with this company again.

Good experience, great price

Ordered 5 packs with same day delivery for a really good price. Same day delivery didn't work but was informed about that and updates on the order processing were great. All in all very good experience.

I purchased 3 lighters from Fakemart &…

I purchased 3 lighters from Fakemart & the mechanism on the top was stiff & did not work. They purchase cheap crap from China & charge elevated prices. I guess that's what alot of companies are doing. Say NO to cheap Chinese imports

Waste of time

Waste of time
Advertise products cheap online then after you put all your details in and surrender you credit card details then they tell you there’s no stock even when advertising the product is in stock and then none of there phone numbers work they just ring out after a long time. Shop elsewhere.

If I could give a lower amount of stars…

If I could give a lower amount of stars I would! Purchased 40 disposable vapes and only 10 work! Been emailing and calling customer service for 3 weeks with no response! Even went into a store but was told I need to call them which would be fine if they actually answered their phones or replied to emails! Disgusting customer service avoid this business!!!!!
