Smoker's Mall is a complete scam. I ordered from them over a year ago, and never received my items. They'll reply to emails, but they're just shining you on so you keep waiting longer than you can file a fraud claim with your bank or credit card. They'll send you other people's tracking numbers, or fake tracking numbers, and duplicate form letter "apology" emails. When you ask for a refund, they will also string you along, asking for proof of the transaction, and pretending they're fighting on your behalf to get your money back to you. Unfortunately, you never will. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Avoid at all costs
I placed an order in December 2018. Despite many emails - most of which went unanswered - and assurances that they had re-shipped I still had not received my order 8 months later. I have spent the last 6 months trying to obtain a refund as per their website and their emailed guarantees. Based on the posts on their Facebook page this is a common occurrence. This company is not reliable and should be avoided at all costs.
