From when I first started buying my tobacco I haven't had a bad experience..2 weeks ago I order 1kg everything was fine till it got to mornington in Hobart tas and has apparently been sitting there for nearly two weeks. I've been in touch with Aus post no answer and I've lost count of how many emails messages I've sent to sender and no response..I just wanted a simple question answered..I can't afford to loose $350 or the tobacco..I just need the sender to track it and follow up with Australia post as to were it is..I ordered 2x 250g on Monday will get tomorrow..I'm so lost how one can get through but not the other..had no problem before getting 1kg.😪

I placed my order, then got confirmation email & then transferred $$. Whilst waiting for package I got a email saying my order was cancelled and $$ refunded. Nothing has been refunded in 2 weeks. No response to repeated emails from me.

No receipt, no order number, no email acknowledgment of your order.
The only way I got a response to asking for my order information was through a dodgy WhatsApp number.
I was then abused via message.
Called them back on the same number, FaceTime, twice. No answer.
