Great prices, terrible service

I made a simple purchase of 3 bags of the same brand and type tobacco on a Sun night, before they opened Mon morning. I paid extra for Priority shipping & handling as I needed it by that upcoming weekend. However they didn't fill it and acquire a shipping label until that Wed afternoon, almost 3 full days! The simplest of orders, grab 3 bags of the same product, toss in a box and tape it shut, then hand over to shipping, print a label and put in outgoing. 5 mins of effort took 3 days. Here it is the following Tue, almost a week and a half later, and it's STILL not been delivered. Why did I pay extra for Priority service and it's taken longer than when I previously paid for economy service?? I plan to look for alternatives to Smokers Outlet.

The shipping and prices are Excellent

The shipping and prices are Excellent. Out here in Texas, a Ryo 1 pound bag of tobacco is 55.00. I bought 2 1 pound bags for 24.00. Economy shipping was speedy. Tubes were in excellent shape. Packaged extremely well. And fragile marked on tape. Excellent store. I am a forever customer. Thank you for the candy also.

Takes them 2-4 days just to process 2 items. 2-4 to process, 2-5 for delivery. It could take 9 days after placing an order to finally get delivery. Pathetic.

A company that deserves repeat business!

I was having a conversation with my sister about my late grandmother when she mentioned something about her. So having an onset of nostalgia I went on the hunt for this item. I must say I found few options and those were ridiculously overpriced. Then I came across Smokers Outlet Online. Not only did they have the item but has options AND had the most reasonable prices. So I ordered THREE! One for me, one for my sister and one for a gift to a friend. I paid less for 3 with shipping than I would have paid for one before shipping was added. It came so quickly. There tracking was spot on. And all 3 were better quality than I could have hoped. But here the reason I'd give them a ten if I was able. Not only was I incredible happy with the whole process and situation. But they were so thoughtful and made it feel very personal by just throwing a few pieces of candy in a Ziploc bag just as an added bonus. It's so nice to realize that some businesses actually really appreciate their customers and their business. I will be ordering from them regularly and will definitely tell everyone I know. *(By the way the item I ordered is called a snuffer. My grandmother smoke and had one in every ashtray).

I have been ordering from them a few years now. Their shipping is always really early. Never had a problem with them. Customer service is top of the line when I did have questions about my payment due to bank error not company. I will stay with them for many years to come.

I've been a customer for many years (from MA) and have never experienced better service or support. I had questions, they answered. Had a problem with a order I needed for Xmas, they helped and it was received for that gift day. Phone conversation or email, just great. I thank them always.

Customer review. Customer since 2013

I've been using this company since 2013 or 2014 I've never had an issue every time I mess my order up I call them and they're on it immediately and fix it. Yes I made the mistake They jumped on it and fixed it for me more than once okay more than twice okay so I'm not going to tell you how many times but it's been a few lol their customer service is always been outstanding It's actually a joy when you're making mistake and you get friendly service at the other end telling you not to worry.

Lost in transportation!

My package got lost in transportation!! They said it was my fault because I didn't enter my house number on the order. Mind u, I have been a customer of their's for years now!! They don't have my correct address somewhere? Come on now!!
Then, once the package arrived, probably 10 days late? I put return to sender on the box!
Well, that was a week ago and now they're trying to say that they haven't received the pkg yet. From Albany NY to York,PA. (Maybe 3 days tops).
Anyway, I was told that the supervisor, the one and only supervisor who can check in a package isn't in today and won't be until Thurs.
Well, they are now holding me hostage for my $90 order !! Customer Service doesn't exist as we knew it, at this place!
Don't they realize that there are other online shops that I can and will order from? They aren't the only online tobacco shop in the sea!! Lol

Easy & Efficient Transaction

I recently placed an order with Smokers Outlet Online and it went smoothly. I recieved exactly what I ordered within the expected shipping time. I placed the order on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Monday. Their prices beat most brick-and-mortor stores, even with shipping costs factored in. They also included little bag of candy, which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you, Smokers Outlet Online!

Reliably using these folks for years, tobacco and tubes

I have been ordering from these folks for years. They pack boxes efficiently, and I order tubes and such in quantities that make sense for their boxes. Boxes are firm cardboard, and I rarely suffer tube damage. The prices are not much less than local retail, and I change tubes based on lowest price, but they always have my tobacco in stock and haven't disappointed me in four years.
They always include a pack of candy, which is thoughtful, but if it would knock a buck off the price, I wouldn't mind.
I came to TrustPilot to look up a competitor, and wanted to compare reviews. The other site would have saved me less than $2, but was charging me 1.49 for insurance. I know what I get from Smoker's Outlet will be fine, so I'll eat the bit o' change to get what I can count on.

Lies About Shipping Dates. Credit card breaches.

I read the review posted 10/18/22 about Smoker's Outlet releasing credit card info to others & unauthorized charges being made. My credit card got hacked three times last summer. I now strongly suspect Smoker's Outlet is the culprit. I also am upset by their lack of transparency about shipping. Twice now, when I place my order, I get an email with a caveat stating "Due to circumstances beyond our control, your package may be delayed
in being processed for shipment. We are making every effort
to ship orders as quickly as possible." This info should be made available to customers BEFORE they place their orders, not afterward in the confirmation email. They also told me on 11/16/22 that my order would ship that afternoon. However, today I received an email stating that my order had shipped TODAY. When I called to ask about it, they said it did not ship yesterday as promised. They said they NEVER ship on the same day. I'm sick & tired of their shipping problems and their deception about it. Why pay extra for quicker shipping when you never know for sure when they'll actually get it out of their shop? On a different occasion, they took a couple of days to ship. Don't trust their shipping estimates. I plan to report them to the Illinois Attorney General Office.

Ordered from smokersoutletonline.com several times, I always use a virtual credit card for online merchants, this last time I ordered was a couple weeks ago, and yesterday, my credit card company contacted me and let me know that the card used to make my purchase with them has been used to make purchases at other vendors, a virtual card is a card that has a different number for each merchant, and then a hour later it was used again at another merchant, I contacted smokersoutletonline.com and told them about this by email, and asked them to contact me, they just refuse to reply to my message, so it looks like the whole company is in on the theft and fraud, if you order from them you need to watch your card charges, as your card number will be stolen by them. my credit card company has reported the theft to the authorities as they have proof that they are the only company that has that specific card number.
