My experience with Smokestack Guitars…
My experience with Smokestack Guitars was first class in every respect.. brilliant guitar of course (PRS Hollowbody 1 with factory mods), and at a great price, but really special level of service making the whole transaction seamless. Ed deserves a ‘packer of the year’ award for beautiful shipping packaging!

Ed at Smokestack is nothing short of a pleasure to deal with and made my dream guitar purchase the best experience I could’ve hoped for!
His communication, patience and overall professionalism when it came to packaging, sending and restringing/setting up the guitar free of charge were greatly appreciated.
My DREAM guitar of over 15 years, PRS Custom 24 arrived even earlier than expected and with full tracking, very well packaged safely and utterly spotless.

I Have now purchased 2 amazing guitars…
I Have now purchased 2 amazing guitars from Ed at smokestack Guitars . Both purchases were completed on line after a chat on the phone . I can honestly say that the service is 5 star plus...
I have never met Ed however I 100% trust him and will definitely purchase my next PRS from him . I highly recommend his guitars and go as far to say that they are the most accurately described in the UK.
I'm over the moon with mine ..after care service is also 100% .
