The one star is for the amazing BBQ course the lads deliver, great day and learnt a lot. However, they delivered the incorrect grille with the BBQ I purchased, that’s not an issue if they had rectified the problem. 10 months on and multiple promises to deliver the grille and it’s still not arrived. Pat has 150 euros of my money in his pocket and will not answer his phone.
Purchased a BBQ few years back, to be fair the BBQ is good however the grill is poor and burnt through leaving a hole in the middle of the grill. I can’t use the grill for fear of bits of metal getting in to the food. I ordered a new grill and was willing to pay for it, even though it shouldn’t burn through. I gave Smokin Soul 2 months notice of when I needed the grill for a party I was having. Several apology emails on the delay but reassurances I would have for party. A few days before the party I received an email to say sorry they are busy and can’t make on their promise. Despite this I enquired on several occasions for them to fulfil my order and I got the cold shoulder. No response back. Customer service is shocking, it appears once they have your money they are no longer interested.
Shockingly bad workmanship by Smokin Soul and even worse customer service. My partner bought us a BBQ (The Everything) costing €2600. The paint work was applied very badly by Smokinsoul.ie. They also used galvanised bolts, we would expect stainless steel on an item worth €2600.
Multiple unanswered calls and texts over the past 5 weeks. We asked to fix the issue or for a small refund to fix it ourselves but Smokin Soul have ignored us.
