I love the product and the packaging. The only problem I have is with anything colder than 40 degrees the outer capsule doesn't totally dessolve and ends up sticking to a piece of clothing. I have got around this by adding some hotter water as the machine fills up.

I Do dissolve the tablets in a beaker first as I usually wash on a short 30 degree wash. This is because a couple of times the packaging did not completely dissolve and was stuck on some clothing.
