Smooch have been absolutely amazing, they created my wedding ring 5 years ago (and my husbands), which is fantastic, and recently they have created my eternity ring, I stipulated what I wanted and they made it absolutely perfectly. I am absolutely in love with my rings, my finger feels complete, the service I have received has been absolutely incredible, always responding to all my queries, the most polite people ever. I would highly highly recommend them. We are life long customers that’s for sure! Thank you again ❤️❤️

Loved the experience, John came to our home and was very helpful and friendly. The rings arrived in 8weeks, with a short notice engraving as well. The rings are perfect, one needs re-sizing as slightly larger than expected but I’m sending it back to have it done free of charge.

We got our wedding rings this morning. We absolutely love them they arrived on time and they fit perfectly. Can't recommend smooch enough the rings are amazing. And our bridesmaid gifts are lovely too.

Stephen was a delight to deal with he met us in person to discuss ideas and hand over some very valuable items.
Even when we ran into a problem with the rings not fitting together he went out of his way to immediately resolve the problem .

Lost my wedding ring yesterday, sent email with just my name and address, and within 30mins had replied to my email with my original order details, and confirmed that it would not be a problem in replacing my wedding ring.
This morning I found my ring, informed Smooch by email and within 15mins replied saying brill news that I had found my ring .
I can only thank there fantastic customer service
And would highly recommend Smooch to any family and friends.

We used smooch for our wedding rings in 2010 and the whole process was fantastic and the rings still look amazing with regards to quality.
The reason for my review now is because i have just had to contact them with regards to an alteration for my wife and i would not trust anyone else because their craftmanship and attention to detail along with customer service is second to none.

Love that this company will make you a bespoke ring to match your engagement ring! We didnt even think of this untill we saw smooch at a wedding fayre and we went straight ahead with the purchase after discussing our options with Ashley. After recieving the first images of what the ring would look like, the team worked with us to make sure that the ring was exactly as we wanted it and made all the changes we suggested! Would reccomend this company 100% they take all your opinions on board and work with you to make sure the final product is perfect for you!

Used Smooch to get our wedding rings 5 years ago, recently sent my ring back to get resized. Great communication and speed (had it back super quick) and it looks great, you wouldn't even know it had been resized. Great service, highly recommend.

Very easy process from start to finish.
Following a quick chat at a wedding Faye we booked an appointment for ash to come to our house, he was amazing with our high energy dog which is just a big bonus for us.
Ash took some time to ask us about our wedding planning and just chatted to us and made us feel so comfortable and not pressured in any way.
We narrowed it down to a few rings each and ash took us through the differences and gave us all the facts to be Able to make a decision, this really helped us as we are pretty indecisive usually.
Very competitive and reasonably priced rings and such a personal service. All in all we are extremely happy and excited to get our rings delivered.

Rings arrived when they was supposed to, did have to send them back as where wrong size but come back ok.
I just wanted to know why there is no stamp to prove which precious metal they are.

What can I say.... We heard about smoosh from a friend who had recommended the company and I was a little wary about buying jewellery online instead of in person. But from start to finish Stephen and the team have proven me wrong and I could ask for any more.

The quality are the rings are fantastic, but unfortunately my ring (groom's) was the wrong size but within a week turn around the team sorted it out.

What a fantastic service, not only do they have an extremely large selection for both men & women but the quality and bespoke offerings is superb! Had such a wonderful lady visit us and we had the most enjoyable time with no time pressure at all until we had made our decisions and were totally happy with them. Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their service already hgiven the details for a few friends

Smooch Rings are true to their word. We purchased our rings back in 2019 ahead of our original wedding date in April 2020. At that time I lost a lot of weight so a few months before the wedding sent my ring back to them for resizing - which they did free of charge. Then lockdown happened, our wedding was postponed, and I had a baby (hello fat fingers!). I needed my ring to be resized again, and the wedding date to be re-engraved due to the date change. This was all done, there were a couple of tooling marks in the rings when we received them back, but Smooch sent a freepost address label and after receiving them back, we are delighted with the results.

Met ash at a wedding faye, very engaging and easy to talk too, we invited ash into our home this evening and time flew with going through different rings and combinations for our big day! Amazing! Would recommend to any couple looking for or undecided on their rings for the big day.

I can’t rate Smooch highly enough! We bought our wedding rings from them 7 years ago and the rep who came to our home at the time was really helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
When our rings arrived they were exactly what we ordered and made to a really high standard.
A diamond recently fell out of my wedding ring and so I contacted Stephen at Smooch who responded almost immediately with details of how to return it to them so that it could be fixed - it was totally hassle free and i have peace of mind knowing that repairs are covered. I’ve just had it back today and it looks brand new!
I also need some work doing on my engagement ring (not originally from Smooch) and asked Stephen if he could get me a quote. He sent me over a quote really quickly and it is beyond reasonable.
In summary - I think Smooch are fantastic. Having contacted them several times with different queries etc I have found their customer service to be absolutely faultless. I’ve mainly dealt with Stephen but he has always been extremely friendly and helpful and he clearly knows his trade incredibly well. Their work is of a really high standard and I wouldn’t use any other jeweller now to look after my jewellery. If only all companies were run as well as Smooch!
