Not happy with the gut support though. Used it two days. Experienced a lot of extra gas in bowls, which was painful.

Hi Tineke, thanks for your review! It may be the case that your body needs some time to get used to it. Every body is different and can react differently to certain ingredients. It is not uncommon to firstly experience a worsening of your symptoms when using Gut Support. When wind/flatulence, bloating or diarrhea occurs, it is recommended to halve the dose and see what the effect is. If there are no complaints, the amount of powder can be increased in steps to the normal dose (sometimes habituation occurs later). If there are still very annoying complaints at half a dose, we advise you to stop using it. However, we usually recommend to try the product for at least 3 months to allow the product to reach its maximal effect. The first month is necessary for acclimatization. If you don't notice any results yet, keep going! Optimization takes place in the second month. Even then we recommend that you continue if you do not notice any results yet. Maintenance takes place in the third month. The ingredients have now almost reached their maximum effects, from here it is important that you maintain this!
