Euro car parks UK

Euro car parks UK. Totally abhorrent company, owned by a multi millionaire, who is a practising solicitor, with 2 live law firms based in central London. Barry Malcolm Tucker. We where sent a PCN through a debt collection agency acting on their behalf, we have been persistently hounded and harassed since November 17 th 2024. By different debt collection agencies, acting on Mr Tuckers behalf. We are both disabled, my wife with severe cognitive impaired issues. I have both phoned and emailed their offices Tuckers solicitors in Warren St London, personally emailed Mr Tucker, who,s self entitled arrogance is astounding. Never replies, his staff give phone no,s and emails to contact him that are non existent. Absolutely a shyster of 1 st order making hundreds of millions out of his parking and associated companies. His and his wife's net worth exceeds £200m according to Britain's rich list. I will not pay.

Product suited to an albino

The product did not match its description. It gave me no glow whatsoever—in fact, the shade was significantly lighter than my skin tone and seemed more suited to an albino. $70 bucks down the drain. The said bad luck, no returns.

Blatant lie regarding their product

Blatant lie regarding their product. It’s a pink cream that covers nothing. It’s so bad. I emailed them to get a refund and they refused straight away. I don’t know how a business can completely mislead and lie about their product and be ok with that and get away with it. I wish I read their terrible reviews before I ordered.

I concur with the other reviews

I concur with the other reviews. Nothing like what is advertised ! Bought to cover spider veins & freckles. Unfortunately the ad is fake and this stuff does nothing. Very wrong!!
I instead bought some Sally Hansen air brush legs cream which works well.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Its too pale, does not cover. Feels sticky and I scrubbed it off as soon as I applied it. DO NOT buy. They do not refund on opened item. How do you try it without opening. I usually do my research but fell for this one. It's a scam. I see there is another brand out there. Thats probable the real thing. Same colour packaging. I think these guys need reporting. I can't even pass this on to anyone else. I wouldn't! DO NOT BUY

Rubbish product!

I so wish l would have read these reviews before my purchase!! and it wasn't cheap either.
Firstly it is a total different name and packaging then shown on the web page.
The many pictures they use of the women covering up spots and tattoos are generic photos that a lot of other sites use.
But the worst of it was the cream is so white it looks like l have put on a white makeup, its is awful, and absolutely does not cover the spots and veins etc.
I took pictures of one keg l had done and another l left natural, and sent it to them, wanting a refund
All they said was we do not do refunds on that product due to hygiene reasons, yet in the return policy that is not classed as a hygiene product.
I got two bottles and one was still wrapped up and sealed, but the more emails l sent the more they were adamant not to refund,m until they stopped returning my emails...
It was as a costly mistake buying this crap! if anyone reads this before they buy it DO NOT!!!

Do not buy - expensive mistake

If I could give a minus I would - wish I’d seen these reviews before buying.
An absolute con.
Smoothtone UK orders go to somewhere in China and are shipped from there so takes an age to arrive.
The name and what it says it does is totally different to what arrives and what it actually does This a a con and falsely advertised on ever level.
DO NOt BUY - it does not work.
My review added to their website was deleted.
The Smoothtone perfector cream does not give any coverage nor covers any blemishes nor “tones” into your skin colour .
It has a very strong chemical smel, so you can only guess what ingredients are in the substance.
It covered nothing and looks like a light covering of Sudocreme on my legs; it certainly doesmt tone in with your skin and looks nothing like the images on the website.
Smoothtone UK perfector cream fails on everything it claims on its website and contravenes any consumer rights acts we have in the UK.
A very expensive mistake and attempts to get a refund and not incur any costs is proving difficult and would assume will not happen.

Would give minus if possible don’t…

Would give minus if possible don’t often write reviews but am making an exception here don’t buy this!
Just spent a long time getting my money back and won’t be stung with this scam again
Doesn’t change colour to skin tone intact seems more like some kind of moisturising cream not even foundation as doesn’t cover a thing company will tell you once opened they can’t accept return for hygiene reasons but of course how can you tell it doesn’t do anything until tried this is their loophole and reason they are still earning a living from this useless product beware

Would not give me a refund

False advertising and false reviews on website, as I’ve attempted to write reviews on more than one occasion and they remove them. I bought 2 tubes of this coverage cream, which did not cover anything and just made my skin look white. The tubes they actually sold me had a totally different name. when I contacted smooth tone to get a refund they declined saying that ithe parcel was opened, I told them that one box was unopened but they then failed to reply.. This company should be stopped. I paid £30 for something I can’t use!!!

Awful

I’d like to not give any stars but that isn’t an option. I ordered this product in June and I still haven’t received it. Their customer service keeps telling me it will be dispatched and are ignoring my requests for a refund.

I spent £40.00 on this white product that cover no blemish but looked like a cake cream. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a penny.

I have only given 1* to be able to…

I have only given 1* to be able to leave a review. Do not purchase, this is a complete con. The product is not fit for purpose. It is sold as Smooth Tone but is actually called Eelhoe. Because of this I have been caught out twice, once through Amazon, I thought I ordered Smooth Tone but received Eelhoe which they refunded me straight away. Then I bought from the actual Smooth Tone site just to find it was the same unusable product Eelhoe. False advertising please don’t wast your money.

False advertising

False advertising
This product does not do what it says. Supposed to cover age spots and other blemishes. It's a white cream which made me took like a Geisha Girl. False advertising. The company should be made to refund money .
