Dissapointed with this company
the device is OK although overpriced I would overlook if the customer support was better.
My deal breaker and why I can't recommend is that they don't supply replacement glasses , and yes they are actually glass which is nice be inevitably means they can get broken. I now have 2 blenders with no glasses .
I'm now not getting any response from their customer services .
I would recommend you stay away from this company

The new definition of uselessness is this product. It is an absolute waste of money.

I thought it was quite a good version of this type of product and perhaps worth the premium price.

But beware - it has a glass cup that breaks quite easily and I've just been told they aren't able to supply replacements !

Product doest work and the most shocking customer service in the world

I received the Smoovii blender (Order #335705) promptly after ordering through an affiliate (PureGym of which I’m a member). In principle it seemed like a great product to mix protein/health drinks conveniently on-the-go.

I found the blender to be very weak when blending even soft small chunk fruit smoothies. Often it would cut out every few seconds even with ample fluid present with the berries. The battery life was very poor after a full charge. At this point I wondered if there must be a fault with the unit.

However [and most importantly] on day two the exposed blades span even whilst the beaker was not present. The possibility of a nasty injury was significant! I emailed immediately with an image of the machine operating without the beaker.

I accept this must be a defective unit but given the nature of my negative experience I’m afraid I cannot recommend the product like others.

UPDATE: I had a reply within 48hrs and a full refund was offered without the inconvenience of having to return the faulty goods. To this end, customer service was on-point. I have increased my rating based on the customer service received.

They sent me a used and dirty blender
All emails to support ignored. Refund policy on website seems to imply they only refund if you return a 'resaleable' product...but they sent it to me in that state.

Despite a number of emails still no reply from them. I paid for a brand new blender but they sent me a used and dirty blender instead and refusing to respond to my request for a refund.

Love my Smoovii Blender , just wish the bottle was bigger .Is there a second size bottle available to purchase?

Great wee machines, my Smoovii 1 never let me down. Easy to use and clean.
Customer service is the best I've ever received from a company. Well done Smoovii!

I originally placed my order and it took a week and a half for someone to then email me to tell me that the colour I ordered was out of stock. They offered to send me an alternate colour and I replied immediately, and it took another week for them to get back to me and replace my order.
After finally receiving my Smoovii, I am extremely disappointed in it. It will not run for more than 2 seconds when trying to blend anything remotely frozen before getting stuck. The red light will start flashing and it will not turn on even when it's only full of water for cleaning. It takes me 10 minutes of starting it, shaking it, starting it again, opening it, cleaning the blades, closing it and re-starting it to even remotely end up with something resembling a smoothy, even when most of what's in it to begin with is liquid.
Overall this product is useless for its intended purpose.

Product arrived very quickly but despite charging it for more than 24hrs it will not turn on and blend.

I am terribly disappointed seeing as I am now unable to blend my protein shakes after every workout.

A full refund is in order and I will not be recommending this product or this brand to anybody.

I couldn’t recommend this brand more, i’ve had my blender for almost a year now and have never had a single problem with it, i use it almost daily for smoothies and iced coffee. Last week my blending jar accidentally got broken and after contacting the team I was sent a new jar completely free of charge within days! Amazing company and amazing product!

I use my portable smoovii blender every day for my lunch. I love having a fresh fruit smoothie with chia seeds, itsso refreshing and doesn't make me feel drowsy after lunch like some food does. Last week I broke the glass jar. I was so upset that I couldn't find another one that I contacted smoovii to see where I could find one. They were so good they sent me another one free of charge within a few days. I wasn't expecting this and am so happy with it.

I broke my Smoovii bottle and the folks at Smoovii were kind enough to send me a new one.

Mine worked the first few days and now I can’t get it to do anything even with nothing in it the light goes on nothing happens. I’m so disappointed I have to pay to return it. It should be free. They got my money and it’s garbage. They have no contact information so I can’t talk to anyone about the product don’t waist your money people it’s not worth the 65!/70 dollars even with a miles discount or any discount it’s not worth the money. Im so disappointed in this product. And they are no help not even a phone number I can call.

Hazel responded to me within a day about wanting an extra product. She was just extremely helpful and generous with the help she of offered. The smoovii machine is by far the best smoothie product I’ve had, much better than my nutribullet which was 3 x the cost. Thank you.

Great product and the team is very helpful, i broke the bottle by mistake( completely fault) and the staff were amazing,they sent me a replacement free of charge, thanks for the good service.

They create powerful blenders that can handle just about any job.(even frozen fruit)
I also love the glass bottles, they can easily twist onto the blender and cleanup is quick. I had an accident and a bottle shattered, but their team rectified the issue by sending a new one! Thanks guys!

This is an exceptional little blender. I wanted to make sure I tried it for a while before reviewing and it has exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous about buying something like this without having seen it physically, but it works brilliantly and looks great.
I've used it for smoothies, slushies and cocktails. It blends very quickly and well. It's very easy to clean, which is a big plus, and the usb charging is very convenient.
It is worth ensuring you have sufficient charge before using, if you've kept it in the box unused for a while, but it does hold charge well.
Definitely buy this, if you’re on the shelf- it does everything you could possibly want!

I left my smoovii bottle in a bus and contacted the company. Hazel very kindly and swiftly sent me a replacement bottle so I can continue using my smoovii maker.

Although I am sure the product will be good when it arrives my ordre experience has been very poor. Ordered on the 25th of Jan and on the 14th of Feb I still have no product and no confirmed delivery date. I chased the order up and was told there was a delay in despatch but was not given a delivery estimate or any offer of compensation
