We had Paul install a Daikin Air Con…

We had Paul install a Daikin Air Con Unit for us and initially we were delighted with the instalation. However, on our first evening's use of the system leaked a considerable amount water onto our carpet. We have tried with email, text and voice mesages to Contact Paul but have not had any response since his initial undertaking to correct the issue during the follwing week 26/05/2026. I did ask for a weekend call out but Paul politely declined as he didn't feel this was an emergency. This was over 3 weeks ago and we have not heard from him since.
I will delete or update this review if Paul contacts me as I want to be fair to him if he has a reason for being out of touch. However, meanwhile we are not able to use our Air Con Uinit. We are both retired Senior Citizens.
