We all make mistakes
We all make mistakes and that's why I am giving this company a 4 star rating. I ordered my parts online on a Friday and they arrived promptly to my home in the United States on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the parts I ordered were not in the package that I received. I called Central Wheel at their closing time due to the five hour time difference. The person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. After a few questions it was determined that my parts had been placed in the wrong shipping envelope and were probably in Japan! I was promised a replacement would be dispatched the next day. The parts arrived two days later and they were the correct parts! I have purchased parts from CW before and always been satisfied. I wish they would have emailed me when the package was shipped and perhaps included a tracking number. It also would have been nice to get some sort of refund on part of the shipping cost because of this mix up. Shipping is about 1/3 of the cost of orders going to the US. This is the only option available and is a bit excessive in my opinion. On the other hand, CW has great parts and great service. I would not hesitate to use them for my future needs.
