Issues with crediting account
I deposited money on the 26th of this month using Binance pay and even the transaction was completed and everything. Binance pay is instant but when I contacted them and they said deposits take 3 hours to reflect lol. That was a few days ago!! They even removed the chat widget on my end so that I can’t contact them anymore. This is a fake company and will not fund/provide any sms services they claim.
Edit: resolved finally. I had to look for all ways to contact them until I found their telegram. They added the funds to my account.
It should not be this difficult. Please look into how you manage and take payments. For my case it was Binance pay.
