Worst company ever. Don't use it if you got an alternative. As always they send reminder invoice without never receiving the original invoice. Disgraceful company. Earning money by cheating people.

How do Swedish people tolerate things like this :s
How this lot are still operating in 2020 and that Swedish people actually pay for this rubbish without question is beyond me. You pay to park in a car park an they send you a letter Home with an added fee for the letter? I didn’t want a letter I just want to park an leave like everywhere else in the world! Why would I need to go onto there website an ask to not have a letter sent, I want to park not start a subscription! Mugs!

I'm sorry to hear that, The information about our different payment methods is displayed on our signs and in our terms of condition. You also recieve a text message when you end your first parking saying ''To avoid a paper invoice, log into www.smspark.se and change your payment method''.

Scam company
Scam company. Paid for one a month 500kr to reserve a spot. Received two parking tickets during that time for 1,500kr and they wouldn't give the money back. STAY AWAY!!!!
I will continue and report this scam.

Dishonest company. I received an invoice after 2 months…
I received an invoice after 2 months for 5 kr along with reminder fee of 60 kr. This is predatory behaviour. Absolutely shocking that even if the parking was for 5kr they will charge you 25kr to send the invoice. Disgusting.

I'm sorry to hear that, You are able to change you payment method through the app or the website www.smspark.se if you do not want a paper invoice - This information you get when you park with us for the first time.
I can't really answer why you didn't recieve your invoice until two months later - Might be something with the post delivery.
You can always see all your invoice on www.smspark.se and ''my pages''.

Wrongful reminder fee
Wow! 1.5 months after I used sms park, I get a reminder invoice, and I didn't even get an invoice in the first place. The actual parking fee was SEK 34.00 and the reminder fee was SEK 60.00.
Another problem was that when I used the service, it was difficult to understand if it worked or not. My husband paid with easypark, so in the end we paid for the same parking twice AND get a reminder fee.
I don't recommend sms park and I will never use it again.

Warning, expensive invoices with added service fees!
Warning, do not use this service, they only rob you by not sending any invoice, stating they have. And then you get a reminder with service fees added and suddenly a single parking payment gets very expensive!

A great system
A great system that can be used over most of Sweden. You pay for the time you park and no more.
Do not understand the people who complain about invoice problems when there are other ways of paying. After all you need a smart phone to use the system so why not pay automatically with a debit card
