Good quality. Very prompt delivery.

The etsy mask is a snug fit that sits comfortably against the side of my face.
It has ties/ ear loops that keep it secure
It is comprised of multiple layers of fabric and allows for breathing without restriction
I have machine washed it several times, without damage or change to its shape.

Pretty design and love the strengthener on the nose.

Highly recommended. Great service and communication, fantastic product with a good fit. Just ordered 2 more, we'll be wearing masks for a while.

Top product – absolutely brilliant

I ordered a Dorothy mask. I was kept informed about the stages of delivery. It arrived quickly. I am very pleased with this company and I recommend it. I am very happy with my mask.

Very pleased with the masks. My son really appreciated the one I gave him and was particularly impressed with the very good adjustable fit.
My only disappointment was the colour. I expected a paler shade of blue than the masks I received. I think the sample colour wasn’t representing the true shade, which is much darker.

Love that the masks 😷 are made in this country and are hand-stitched and washable 💗 The only thing where I think there is room for improvement is that when I breathe, it sucks the mask in towards my face. Perhaps there could be a small vent fitted in future versions? But otherwise very happy with them x

Fit nicely, lovely packaging and safety pouch for each mask (bought 2). Good postage and speedy delivery, especially under these testing times. Do I feel smug - yes, well done SMUG 🤩.

Excellent quality mask, lovely fit, adjustable ear straps, the nose clip doesn't completely stop glasses fogging, but reduces it greatly. I ordered the patternd one. Some say these are expensive masks but don't forget the price is the mask, vat & delivery altogether.

Really great masks that fit well as they have both a nose clip and adjustable ear loops. My only reservation is that they are only double rather than triple thickness.

I really hate to leave a two-star review about such a well-made product but unfortunately this is the only mask I have which makes it difficult for people to understand what I'm saying! I think this is because the thickness of the cotton makes me sound a bit muffled. In the end I've decided to no longer use it as it is making communication too difficult. I can't see anyone else with a similar problem in the reviews though so maybe it's just me!
On the plus side, the fabric is just as nice, if not nicer, than it looks online - it is a funky green/pink leopard print and even the lining is a gorgeous forest green and clearly excellent quality. I like the nose clip and adjustable ear hooks to help with the fit. Unfortunately this just doesn't seem to work for me, but if Smug made masks with layers of thinner cotton I would consider buying from them again as the mask is well put together and it's nice to know they are supporting British suppliers for the various parts.
