En mobiloperatör full av lögner & och problem för sina kunder.
En mobiloperatör kantad med problem och lögner.
När säljaren ringde upp mig för att erbjuda mig en billigare och bättre mobiloperatör, mitt i sorgen efter att min fru gått bort. Dessvärre gick jag på det - med en bindningstid på 24 månader - och bortsett från den senaste fakturan (förfallodag 28 juni) som ”bara” var dubbelt så dyr som jag hade med min förra mobiloperatör, i övrigt har månadskostnaden varit 3-4 gånger högre än med min tidigare mobiloperatör. Dessutom ”försvinner” min surfnings väldigt fort. Som snabbast efter 48 timmar trots att jag under större delen av denna tid hade tillgång till mitt Wi-Fi.
Och på kundservice möts man bara av oförstående och inkompetens och en ovilja att verkligen lösa meningsskiljaktigheterna.
Så jag vill verkligen varna ALLA för denna mobiloperatör.
