Amazing service and great products.
Multiple purchases and everyone one has been perfect.
The SMX Gilet has got to be the best thing I have brought all year. Been out today all day in heavy rain and completely bone dry under.
Exhaust, clutch donut, foot pegs, radiator guards and probably a few other parts all been fitted without any issues and even the smallest order is handled with care.
Will be using for a long long time.

Great experience using SMX offroad
Great experience using SMX offroad. Ordered on the Friday and goods were at the door 9:30am on the Saturday. How’s that for service, used SMX on a number if occasions now & will continue to do so. Sam is a rider himself and firstly tries to offer advice and tips before selling you something thats no good to you like the big named shops would. Truly great service & a great bloke.

Smx a bike shop that is a rider. Can and does help you out in anyway possible. Can tell you what parts or setup will be best for any place/event/rider. Will get you anything at a great price and get it delivered ASAP. Really is a 5* shop and man, I use him for all my bits and trust his advice :)

Been using SMX for the past two years, Sam goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else.
Sam is very reliable, always gets back to you with any questions you may have.

SMX is an amazing company and the owner is a true legend never failed to help out with great advice on anything off-road related never let me down when I go looking for last minute parts and even has repaired the bike at a moments notice without hesitation. Could not recommend the company or the services offered enough to enough people, always spot on and fairly priced so glad to have him local 👌🏼

Incredible customer service
Messaged Sam @ SMXOFFROAD just asking general questions he was incredibly helpful and very fast with responses. Never tried to sell me anything just gave me advice on protection for my new bike ie what he had done to his and sent links to every product individually with cheaper options aswell anyway long story short I ordered everything on the list and will be ordering more.great chap will 100% recommend
