snack sort goods match game by concave it ltd

I played this game and reached level 12. Getting to $300 was very difficult, especially around level 5. The game says that once you reach $300, you can withdraw the money, but when I got there, it changed and said I had to reach level 10 first.
After reaching level 10, it then required me to watch 800 ads in a specific section to be able to withdraw. Today, I counted the ads I watched—around 200—but the counter in the app didn’t change and stayed at 57.
I continued playing and even reached $600, but the withdrawal still didn’t work. It seems very clear that this is false and a scam. I do not recommend this game if you are trying to earn money this way.

These are scammer

Just found out these scammers have taken over £500 from my daughters mobile phone over the last2 years.
I have 5 phone phones on my contract so I don’t read every little charge as long as the bill is similar to the previous month.

Well what can I say after a lot of presure and demanding to get all my money back they were decent enough to refund all my money £559. Thank you snack games. You breached my data and I was gearing up to take you to court. But you paid me back all my money so I’ll leave the matter to rest!
Anyone who has had money taken by these guys ask for your money back if you have never touched their games.

Over £300 scammed

Over £300 scammed - my son has unknowingly signed up and I've been charged £2.99 for over 24 months, that's £310.96 that I can go back and see. This was a childs contract with EE and EE won't do anything.

I've contacted snack games but yet to get a response

Has anyone else had success on a refund?

I was also scammed by this crowd

I was also scammed by this crowd

They took money from my phone bill for months before I realised - I had no idea it was legal/possible for them to do what they do. I have taken it up with my service provider (with low hopes) and have also contacted OfCom (with even lower hopes)

check your bills and act quickly

Struggling for a full refund

Only just realized snackgames have been taking money off of me through my phone bill since April 2018!!! Rang them 3 weeks ago and was told i would get a FULL refund, still not received a month later. Currently emailing back and forth about being refunded. They are saying as a "good will gesture" they will give me the first three months of payment that they have taken off of me which is £35.88!! I dread to think the full amount they have taken from me, i have still complained and they have said they will give me 50% back as a one off gesture.Beyond annoyed at this service, i am entitled to a full refund as i have not used their services!!

Does anyone know how to get a FULL refund from these people?

My wife racked up £80 cost at £2.99 per week over several months on her Vodafone account without taking notice of their monthly sneaky 'opting out' text messages. When i complained to Vodafone they denied all responsibility. I emailed Snack Games (rather than using their premium line number!) and they initially offered to refund half. I complained again and they quickly offered a full refund which i am waiting to receive and expect within 2 weeks. Presumably they snare tens or hundreds of thousands of people many of whom part with money never bothering to contest it and get rich on their dishonest trade.

These scam artists took £23.92 from my Vodafone account. Vodafone have now blocked further payments. I didn't sign up for this 'service' and am now trying to get my money back. I see from earlier posts that this scam has been running for some years. Why is this allowed? We shouldn't have to 'opt out' of something like this... Theft is theft and these people are criminals.

Scam company

This company have taken £47 from my Vodafone account, I have never subscribed to them and now cannot get hold of them to stop the payments being taken through my Vodafone bill. Needless to say Vodafone have been less than helpful. Report to the PSA

O2 Scam?

I have been charged £29 by this company on my O2 phone bill

I have never heard of this company and never played any games on my phone.

O2 said these charges are "Valid"

Has anyone managed to get a refund?

Took 5 payments

O2 had a block on my account so that my kids weren't able to set up or buy any games.
Received a text from this company to say I had a £2.99 per week subscription. They contacted me FIVE WEEKS AND FIVE PAYMENTS LATER to to tell me about the subscription. I had no idea until then. It's so easy for the kids to do. Now of course I have to jump through hoops to get my money back

Absolutely disgusted

Complete breach of trust with o2 for them to allow such services to begin charging without my knowledge. To rack up charges and then not accept any responsibility.
I did not sign up to this service
I have not used this service
I will NOT be paying for this service
And I can assure you I will be reporting to trading standards.
This company should be shut down.

ILLEGAL SCAM

A scam that has quite happily been taking my money every month from my O2 account without either my knowledge of this company or any signing up. Needless to say relevant offices and legal proceedings are underway...
