Ordered two blenders at the beginning of Sept. No sign of them. Now 18th Oct. I have emailed them twice chasing - to no avail. Total scam. AVOID

I ordered in August and have yet to receive from them. Wrote to them 3 times with no help offered except for a page that claims to show my delivery status which has no info! I feel totally cheated.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered over a month ago and it's still NOT been delivered. Numerous emails have been sent but no reply. Disgusting or should I say non existence customer services!

I ordered my product on September 12th and until now there’s absolutely nothing about it. Didn’t come, try to communicate they never answer it’s like that doesn’t even exist. Don’t buy this product for sure you’ll regret it.

Scam. Been weeks, no update. They don't respond to their emails filled with typos. don't do business with them

I ordered in Aug. they said it had been delivered in September. I wrote them requesting information. They said they’d get back to me in 24 hours. I have written them three times and never hear back.

Contacted my bank and they pursued this scam company and retrieved my money very quickly. I encourage everyone to do the same.

As with all other reviewers ordered 2 hand blenders on 08 September for £21.80 in total. No blenders ever arrived.
Chased up with their customer services email address - no response. A complete SCAM. It's now the 17 October.

Ordered Sept 19th. Nothing! No item, no response to emails, no refund. Do not order from here!

Ordered from this place about 4 months ago. Never received the items. Requested a refund was told that I'd have it within 10-15 days its been 2 months. Everytime I message them i get the same reply. Im not expecting my money back no more and believe it is a scam. Something really needs to be done about this company before more people lose there money. Do not order from the website or company because they will take your money without ever receiving the product.

Utter scam!
I ordered a small blender for £16 from this company after seeing it advertised on Facebook. They took my money, but I’ve received nothing, no replies to my emails and no sign of the item. Avoid at all costs. There really should be a law stopping companies from selling through social media, it’s become a breeding ground for scams. I’ll never buy anything through social media again.

Do not order from here! I put in multiple orders for Christmas presents. The money was taken out of my account for them, I got email confirmations of orders placed & orders being dispatched, but the orders never arrived. I filled out the 'contact us' form on their website, emailed them after no response, got an automated 'we'll reply in the next 24 hours' email but heard nothing else. Have contacted my bank to try to recover some of the funds and will be reporting to trading standards as well. Do not order from here!

DO NOT buy from this company . They gladly take your money & suddenly you have no communication over your ‘missing’ order that never shows up & wont give you a refund . Wish I had read the reviews before I put in an order . Lesson learnt .

I ordered the smoothie maker on the 17th September money was taken from my account and i still have not received my order i emailed about my order and no reply from customer service as stated reply within 24hours

I ordered this portable smoothie maker but have yet to receive. Using their tracking, my item shows that its at the couriers destination address but it has been in this state for well over a week and despite making contact with snackblend, all you get is a robotic response that they will get back to you as soon as possible but never do. Very bad and now that I see similiar reviews with same issues tell me its a scam company

You Will never get what you have buyed

Same as a lot of people. Paid for it but still haven't received my order. Been trying for a month to get the DHL tracking number but never have. Also been trying to get a refund again never any replies to emails. Just the same robotic replies on the chat bot

Do not order from these people!! I never received my order and nobody is responding to my emails enquiring about it. Don't waste your money.
