Another Facebook scammer

Facebook…… the place where you get punished for posting something that might offend……. But when there are so many of these clear scam videos advertising items “too good to be true” they are allowed!!!
This is just one of the videos currently doing the rounds with some guy in a turban advertising toilets rolls cheap!
The website is quite well laid out to the untrained eye…… they advertise PayPal but no where is it a payment option this is red flag one people should be weary of on any site!

Fraudsters

They are fraudsters. They take money for an order which never arrives and then a few days later removed £200 and another £200 from my account. This appeared as two morrisons transactions in Sheffield. Luckily the money was stopped whilst it was still pending as I had account notifications set up. Do not trust this company. Their 'deals' are too good to be true and they will steal from your account.

As with others...while I'm filling my car up they are 300+miles away in Oxford Street London..£400 Nike Store, £110 to a high class cafe... stopped when trying to pay near on £500 in Harrods... and my card gets blocked. They took my details (no payment to them on my bank statement) and added to a Google Wallet (pay by phone) - which has no spend limit... only stopped as they had cleared my account including overdraft. On reflection I was not given the PayPal option.... plus the confirmation email had the name as Snacksworld and also Snacksword...how I missed that...I don't know. They have an online stores

snacksworld.shop
And
smarthomegrocery.shop

but no way to contact...

Total scammers

Total scammers. Paid for chocolates, nothing received. They have tried to scam and use my debit card. My bank stopped them fortunately. If your checking reviews before buying, DON'T BUY.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS!
ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T ADD A REVIEW WITHOUT AT LEAST A ONE STAR BEING GIVEN. Made a purchase for some cheap chocolates. First alarm bell was when I got a text notification that my card details had been added to my Apple phone wallet - as I had already done that. So then checked my bank account - nothing had come out for the transaction. Then checked the confirmation email - it had come from someone with a gmail account, and no mention of the company.

Then went to the website - a professional looking site with many pages. But the address on the contacts page does not exist and the only contact number is a mobile, which didn't seem right for a big company.

Feeling like a total idiot, the last red flag was that the chocolates I had ordered - two boxes of at £3.49 each - actually retail for around £20 each. The usual 'too good to be true' warning should have alerted me.

Lesson learned. Bank contacted and they immediately cancelled the card and reissued it, whilst automatically updating my Apple pay wallet with the new details (that was impressive).
