Total scam of a company. Placed order on 26th march and its still processing on the 7th April. Emailed them several times and each time theyve claimed it will ship in 48 hours which hasnt happened. They will be taking the next payment shortly and i havent even recieved my first order yet. Also nigh on impossible to cancel subscription. Avoid avoid avoid
Really good snacks included & every month was something different, good selection of snacks from each country

I don't get how it works, I paid for a box and got it at the end of the month as stated but by then they had already took my next payment and we are past the end of the month for this box and nearly about to take another payment? Where's my second box? Worst company to deliver also, let's just leave a box with food in the rain when I've got a safe place set up.
I enjoy the boxes but they are too slow at getting them dispatched! They take the money on the 9th and you should have it delivered in the last week of the month. However it normally arrives the following month. I left a message on their instagram page asking when the box is coming and they deleted the comment. Not very honest of them.
I ordered a month subscription to try for my son's birthday on 5th March and after emailing them was told they post out between 27th and 3rd .. which was disappointing as then knew son wouldn't get box for birthday on 19th . Im still waiting for the box to be sent its still just processing..

After seeing this advertised on Facebook, I got excited and thought I’d try it. After seeing lots of good reviews I made the order for my first box using a code from a ‘flash sale’ that won’t return…
I ordered this box on the 27th of March and my order is still ‘processing’. It was only a few days after I thought to check trust pilot reviews where I found many people having the same problem every month.
I contacted customer service for an update as I do understand things can get in the way but to have this happen every month? Not okay. I got the same generic message that they reply to comments on facebook from them stating there shipping dates yet my box hasn’t been shipped.
I love stuff like this and would have easily done a premium box every month but there poor customer service has let them down.
Going back to the ‘flash sale’ that will never return… yeah that is on everyday? A flash sale that will never return but day after day it has a brand new flash sale that will never return… hm. Somethings not right with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Rang to cancel. Got confirmation via email but they continued to bill me by opening up another subscriprion.

Do not use this subscription service, they never ship on time in the time frame they set out on their own website. The snacks are good but they never ship when they say they will. People are also saying its impossible to cancel so that's wonderful to hear as well. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE
We bought the small box as a reward for my son, it had five items in which he was delighted with. The little booklet explaining the contents was good too. We'll continue the subscription for a while to see how it goes, but very pleased with the first box.
Only 4 stars because dispatch was quite delayed and we didn't get adequate updates about this, which was disappointing for him when he was so looking forward to the arrival of his reward.

Had my first box from Greece, I have to disagree with some views, I thought it was really good value for money and a fab selection. Excited now to get this months. Great treat.....for me. :-)

Absolutely ridiculous that you are basically unable to cancel!
I ordered as a gift for my partner and thought we’ll see how they are. After about 5/6 boxes decided we had a lot to get through so time to cancel. In the FAQ’s it says you can log in and cancel but there is no where to actually click to cancel it’s such a scam!
We are now a year in and I am disgusted! I’ve sent countless emails and go absolutely no where whatsoever.
Impossible to cancel a subscription. I have emailed multiple times and cannot get through on the phone line. Product quality is variable, some months have been very poor while others somewhat justify the price.
When phoning to cancel my subscription the customer service was very friendly and fast.Can’t wait until I receive my box.

Boxes are supposed to ship 27th to 3rd. Not once has our box been shipped on time and when we message they take an absolute age to reply and give you some bullsh*t excuse about late deliveries from suppliers. When you are receiving boxes people received the month prior you know its a lie. Customer service is shocking. The boxes do offer a good selection if you actually get them. The whole point of a subscription is that you receive a monthly box not two monthly and for the price you expect it to be on time. They need to address the shipping time and how they respond to paying customers.
Ordered March 26 box on 10th March and signed up for subscription. Emailed to request update on 25th March and was assured all boxes are dispatched between 27th March and 3rd April... box has still not been dispatched and next payment is due next week. Tried to cancel from my account per the misleading advertisement, but cancellation is not available from account settings and instead I am redirected to call them on 0808 502 2665 to cancel. Trading Standards and ASA notified as this is false advertising and obstructive. I have since emailed requesting refund and cancellation of subscription as the order was not fulfilled. My daughter is disappointed, having waited nearly a month for the box. Customer journey and experience has been very poor - no transparency at all and obstruction to cancellation. We will order items from a dedicated online supplied instead. Not recommended.
Saw an ad in social media , about 50% on the 1st box, and then full price. I chose a medium box to receive one, wanted to try , if don't like , then cancel, as they mentioned in their website. Then I've realised , to cancel next box , I need to call 9-5 to their customer service. I've called , and an adviser told me , that it will with pending cancellation status. And guess what? Of course I've been charged again later on and with full price , of course. Only after my 2nd call it's been finally cancelled. They play on the thing that everyone is working those hours or/and eventually we forget about the subscription, it's just pushy, and misleading about the "cancellation on the website" thing. Adviser was friendly and polite, though.
About the box itself - some things were good and tasty, but at the same time it seems like "not for resale" things from the multipacks. How also weird advertising of Czech box I've received a Greek one, it seems they send only those ones , what are currently in stock.
Good idea for a gift to buy once , but not every month, especially with this kind of service.
Been having the subscription for almost two years, would have kept it but my son has moved out and I don't really snack. He was really excited to have something different every month
