We use the bee pollen to help Betty our lab with her allergies alongside other natural products and it works great. We’ve ordered from snackwaggers before who are always helpful and answered questions for me. The dispatch is also quick! Would recommend.

Not impressed
The box came with a big hole in the bottom corner and some of the treats must have fallen out. They were just thrown in the box, no liner or anything. I also ordered a surprise box for my daughters dog and the surprise was.. no box just a label telling you what went in the box. Had to figure what was what myself!!
Don't think I will use them again.

The absence of the protective eco-friendly honeycomb paper liner, which is indeed part of our standard packaging process, is concerning. It appears it may have dislodged or fallen out, which is an issue we are taking seriously and will address immediately to prevent future occurrences.
Regarding the Surprise Treat box, our intention is always to delight both pets and their owners. It's clear that the presentation did not live up to this goal, and for that, we are genuinely sorry.
