Arrived on time and was very professional from the moment he began snagging the house. Took more than enough time ensuring he captured everything, updated me throughout his visit with items he’d captured and the potential problems that could arise, have arisen elsewhere and how to manage things not necessarily determined as a “defect”. Answered any questions I had professionally and in such a way it was easy to understand.

Krzysztof came to snag our new build in Milltimber. The developer did not approve him beforehand because he does such a thorough job and I guess they don’t like it. Well I can say that we very much do!

His report was detailed and concise with photographs. During the inspection he took the time to explain several of the defects to us as well as the NHBC guidance/tolerance allowed. He even has a drone to inspect the roof!

We enlisted Snaggmyhouse.co.uk to assist with creating a two year snagging list that we needed to give to the housebuilder - and this experience was outstanding. The surveyor/engineer arrived on time and was extremely diligent - indeed, he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and so, so helpful.

Furthermore, my wife and I were staggered by the attention to detail by Krzysztof. He uncovered a significant number of important defects and faults - that were out with the NHBC standards, and if we hadn't got this company to carry out this snagging - it could have cost tens of thousands of pounds to have the issues, faults and defects rectified/repaired. Many of the defects were extremely serious, including, a serious water leak/damp patch in garage, missing trays in the loft, walls which were bevelled/out with NHBC standards, dozens of mortar-blocked air vents, etc. We could never have imagined that such defects existed in our new home, but thankfully Krzysztof uncovered these and enlightened us to the serious nature of these defects.
