I had the same experience. After sending the anti-barking device to the wrong country and insisting that I had received it, the product was finally delivered. We found out that the device only covered 2 metres, which is smaller than the room where our dog usually barks. The device did not always pick up her bark, and when the red light flashed, she didn't even notice it. As well, because of the sensitivity of the device, the TV or any loud noise triggered a response as well. After waiting so long to receive the product, I was very disappointed in the end result. As per the website, I contacted them to request a refund within the 30 day period (since they were the ones that had caused the delay) and did not even get a response to my email. I also suspect that the company was a scam and that I have been left with a useless piece of junk. I would be very cautious when buying anything off of Facebook.
This company is a scam company. They were advertising an automatic bark trainer pro device, to prevent dogs barking unnecessarily, the product cost approximately $40 which equated to about £32 in UK sterling. Having a received an order confirmation and a few emails palming me off with fake tracking numbers, the company folded and disappeared. Leaving me and several other customers high and dry. If you see anything similar,I thoroughly recommend that you check it out before parting with hard and cash.
