I love snag bra they so comfortable and they come different colours which is great. Not normal whit , black and beige .The website is easy use and customer service are friendly and very helpful. I would highly this company.

Ripped the first day I got them.

I was looking forward to these as lots of places online recommend them as very sturdy tights. Unfortunately mine ripped in the middle after only one day of use. Apparently snag now uses cheaper suppliers so it isn't what it used to be. They are also very tight at the waist, I have no idea how they are plus size friendly they seem to run very small. They also smell very strange

Nice tights, really comfy and stretchy, as advertised. I might buy more from them.
Produced in Africa, which is fine, at last someone is investing in the forgotten continent. By the looks of things, the company is ethical and quite sustainable. I'm happy to buy their products.

Great products and great service!

I love these tights so much I will never buy any other types of tights again. Being tall and having rather large legs has always meant that I lose circulation in my toes or I inevitably have a hole in the big toe by the first wear. Instead I can now wear so many of my dresses again as I finally feel super comfortable in my tights, thanks to their sizing system. They don't use plastic everything is sent wrapped in paper so it's very eco friendly and they've so many lovely designs to choose from. I've also purchased the chub rub shorts and they are a godsend in the summertime. Very tempted to try some of their actual clothes as I have been blown away with their quality!

Placed order Jan 12 but have not received it. Messaged snag, but even though I had a reply a few days later , when I responded to that message 10 min later , it took two days for a reply . I have now had five emails from 3 different people and still no resolution regarding my order . Have been offered a replacement or refund and am still awaiting confirmation what they are doing . No way to contact other than one email . Very poor customer service ! Surely if a case is opened it should be dealt by that same person for continuity.

Are their tights a scam? Both pairs I bought got holes within hours whilst doing everyday activities that my other brand tights never had issues with. One pair immediately in the bin, another had to be repaired with a needle and thread. What’s worse, I complained to their contact email address, got a message back about a ‘lost delivery’ rather than a response to my quality issue and haven’t heard back from them. Hugely frustrated as it’s just money in the bin.

I ordered from the EU site a month ago and still haven’t received my order. A couple of days ago I received a letter from customs stating I have to pay import costs because my package was sent from the UK!
I have reached out to customer service but still no reply.

I love the tights - genuinely no roll down and no pulling up repeatedly throughout the day. At 6ft this is genius! Clothes are good quality and fit is true to size. My only issue is the dispatch. Still waiting on items ordered 4wks ago to be dispatched. I order from them but only when I can wait. If need quickly they're not my go to.

Loveee it!!! The 50den beige tights are perfect for a bare look on the colder days. Just all the high den colored tights I've ordered. I feel like the tights could survive everything and they're also really comfortable and stretchy. Bonus points for the minimum waste packaging! Not a single piece of plastic in sight.

I like Snag but the shipping process is so laborious. I don't really understand why something takes so long to be received... the order always takes the maximum of 5 working days to be dispatched, and then, the courier they use (Evri) takes an age to update too. I appreciate the latter is out of their hands but when paying £4.99 for delivery I do expect a better service - I would rather they used DPD or another more reliable courier. It really puts me off buying now. Years ago the experience used to be seamless but since moving into more than just tights, the quality of some things and the issues with delivery have expanded.

I'd like to see Snag do some Lipoedema-friendly clothing in the future, and if they do I will be interested, but this may be my last order for a little while now as they're very quick to take your money but not very quick to deliver the goods.

Tremendous tights with fantastic fit. And their packaging was simply beautiful

I absolutely love the leggings they have. And they have given me compensation for orders I have received, if they were not in the expected condition. Or if there were holes to find even after only a few days of wearing.

But I find it very hard to find the things you are actually looking for on their website. And it’s confusing to buy bras in there too because it’s not clear what the different sizes/kinds of cups referees to if you were comparing to a bra bought in a standard lingeri shop.

I purchased their 'fleecy leggings'
The description reads "Brave the chill without the bulk. Our SubZero Leggings are here to keep you warm, cosy, and unstoppable all season long. We took the famous fit and support of our leggings and lined them with a light, super-soft fleece that locks in warmth while feeling snuggly against your skin."
This description is an outright lie. These are not fleece-lined. There is no lining, and there is no fleece. Customer service is slow. The description is untrue and I will be reporting them to trading standards via the citizens advice bureau and recommend others do the same. Not lined. Not fleecy. Unethical and dishonest traders.

Great quality. I wear my snags at work, as a reg. nurse. Needeless to say, they do their share, brightening my patients (and co-workers) day. I wash them e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y and color and shape stays the same.
