I ordered late January and still haven’t received it!! After several communications they said delivery couldn’t find my place even though it sooo easy to locate. So disappointed as it looks like a dodgy company. Don’t be tempted!!
An order I paid for on the 18th of February 2025 has been mislaid somewhere since it was out for delivery.
I have emailed several times but have had only one reply that it’s being looked into.
Why not just send another order if they can’t find it instead of leaving me hanging waiting for some outcome.
The whole experience has left me feeling so upset and frustrated.
Same as experience as the other reviewer . Shipped from China. Flimsy and needs to be constructed. The IG ads are a false representation of the product . What a load of trash ! Don’t waste your time or your money
Cat bed/scratcher
I thought I was buying an Australian product (as they advertised they were in Melbourne), however item shipped straight from mainland China (by then it was too late as I had already paid) - red flag. It arrived today - in 2 small parcels - another red flag!. Open box and the smell was so overwhelming I had to leave it outside for a few hours to air out, and it looked flimsy.
It looks more robust on the website - what I got looked cheap, nasty and flimsy - not sure how it will hold up with my cats.
Put it together and the dowel which holds it together (cross-ways) split on every section.
Post back? yeah imagine the cost to post back to China, no thank you
Buyer beware this is a cheap rip off - dont get caught like me.
Extra note - I have just had a look at the reviews on their website and the pictures show cat scratchers that look absolutely NOTHING like what I received. Those ones are solid looking and they included instructions (mine did not have instructions). The sistal on the cover appears better quality. I got a totally different item. RIPPED OFF!!
