AVOID THIS COMPANY
The vacuum cleaner delivered bore no resemblance to the one advertised, it was underpowered, took hours to recharge & then lasted 15 mins before needing another charge, the multiple attachments were just two.
On claiming a full refund I was offered a discount & other inducements to keep it but refused, finally being told I would get my money back on return of the vac, which I did. I have been waiting over two weeks with no result despite numerous emails demanding my money back, the telephone number they supplied is an invalid one. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Failure to deliver correct product and non existent customer service model
Although the on line ordering process was easy and the payment process extremely slick, do not be fooled.
Despite their automatic email confirmation clearly articulating the product I had ordered, the product delivered was entirely different and of a significantly inferior quality. Attempting to contact this company to rectify is proving impossible. Contrary to their 24x7 customer service support claim, their published telephone numbers are not recognised and any emails sent to them remain unanswered.
