Good company to work for. Payment is quick. Onboarding process is a little tedious and time consuming, but not a deal breaker. Communication from SnapCare is mainly by text and the app can be glitchy... See more

SnapCare is an AI-enabled workforce marketplace that serves the entire continuum of care with the mission to transform workforce challenges into opportunities. We work to accomplish our goal on two fronts: by providing clinicians with rewarding jobs and facilitating workforce management excellence through Booker, our advanced SaaS platform. Booker combines predictive scheduling, real-time fulfillment, and expert support into one easy-to-use platform so facilities can manage their labor costs more effectively, reduce scheduling bandwidth, and maintain consistent, high-quality care. SnapCare began as a staffing agency that used technology to help solve the complex problems faced by healthcare facilities and clinicians. Today, we continue to provide staffing solutions while offering Booker directly to healthcare organizations and agency suppliers as a powerful tool enabling unprecedented workforce management control. Whether self-managed or supported by SnapCare as an MSP, facilities can leverage Booker's suite of tools to help reduce costs, simplify processes, and strengthen shift coverage. For clinicians, SnapCare provides rewarding opportunities — from PRN shifts and travel contracts to permanent roles. We help healthcare professionals achieve a work experience that is both rewarding and sustainable by providing comprehensive benefits such as same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and W-2 employment, plus 24/7 dedicated support and a recognition program that rewards excellence with cash bonuses. Our goal is to empower facilities, suppliers, and healthcare professionals alike to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.

So far I really like working for snapcare! The pay is good and it's easy to get ahold of someone when I need help!
Horrible review
Horrible review . I’ve emailed HR regarding my problem and never got an answer. When I had a contract there was communication and when my contract ended there was no help to help me find another job . The job that I was originally suppose to start a new contract on in august was abruptly cancelled the week of & then I never heard back from snap personnel ever again .

Great Recruiters & Easy On-boarding
Easy to work with and work for due to Great Recuiters as well as easy online on-boarding. Geo location easy to use also.
I love my experience with snap nurse…
I love my experience with snap nurse this far. I have no complaints about this agency. I definitely will recommend snap to all my nurse friends.
I absolutely love SnapCare
I absolutely love SnapCare. I am getting ready to start my 5 assignment with them. From start to finish it is always a pleasure to work for Snap. And I have the best recruiter there is. Highly recommended & definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company.

Working with SnapCare has been a pleasure. It has been super easy to contact my recruiter. The pay is also amazing
Simply the Best. Get SNAPed!
I haven't found anything wrong with this company. My Recuiter Sharon Lopez is the best. She has over delivered and been a step ahead at all times.
Daily pay available evey day. Recuiter a phone call away. Snap is simply the best. Nothing compares!
excellent company
great app to work
Recruiting communication
SnapCare is a great company with an awesome support team. The recruiter’s don’t practice good communication when seeking a new assignment. No follow up calls or status updates, often no information in writing what’s being offered. Phone calls and text go weeks without being answered, if an assignment has been offered and credentialing started the clinician should have something in writing therefore allowing preparation on there behave. Clinicians have families, safety factors and home responsibilities that need to be in place !!! The sooner we have a contract the better! Especially after we have been given a verbal date.
Wonderful Travel Agency
I have been with the company for almost 3 years and I can say that my recruiter has kept me working for 95% of the time .Most of the facilities have been good places in good areas. Having a stipend makes it easier to afford housing while on my contracts.
There is little to no communication
There is little to no communication. Wasn’t able to clock in this morning using the app, text my recruiter at 7:21 am, it’s now 8:01pm and haven’t gotten a response yet. I’m not a needy person but somethings need prompt attention.
I'm an LVN
I'm an LVN, 3/9/24, told I had to pay for my Physical $160, and Tdap $146, in order to get my onboarding completed. TB didn't expire until 4/22/24. Recruiter told me to deal with Credentialing, lagged on, email 3/12/24, stating my T,B made it which hadn't expired yet, and then they said the physical I paid for is 3 months pass I have to get another one. Here we are March 12th a month later and still nothing.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! MOST COMPANIES PAY FOR YOUR PHYSICAL AND TB
