First trial with snapfish and very…

First trial with snapfish and very disppointed. Mistakes on numbers, mistakes on quality of the product: visible trims that are not even parallel, a photobook was printed upside down ( yes!!!!) and now, after lots of time spend with chat bots they even debit little amounts that are NOT justified on invoices. As a solution, they ask you to go back to your bank for they acknowledge the discrepancy. Bots even eject you: a glitch or because support assistant can only but realize they are not doing well. Didn't even receive a ticket from it, so getting irritated with all this now. Such a waste of time and energy.

Unhelpful company

Ordered a photo book as a gift which was due to arrive 1 week before Christmas. But the address that Snapfish gave the courier company was in complete - I live in an apartment but they only printed the street address which meant it couldn’t be delivered. Snapfish took no accountability for this and did nothing to try and redirect the delivery. I had to spend hours in a queue with the courier company and in the end made 2 trips to their head office to collect the book. Very unhelpful company. Won’t use them again.

Terrible quality prints

I ordered 300+ 4x6 prints from Snapfish, and I am so disappointed. They are terrible quality prints. The colours are off, the skies are streaky - they look like digital photos from 2001. Even the way the paper has been cut is sloppy. They’re going in the bin - such a waste of time and resources. It’s very difficult to get a refund too - after spending half an hour on the chat, they have not agreed to a refund yet, but I will keep trying.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. $270 worth of calendars and photo books were to be delivered. After one month, still no sign of them. Only way to contact Snapfish is via their useless online chat. Their courier, Aramex claims to not have the order despite Snapfish claiming they are in transit. Do not order with this company, the comments on their social media pages from disgruntled customers is enough to dissuade you.

Terrible quality, terrible service

The worst! Quality is so cheap and nasty, and customer service is even worse. Make sure you read comments on their instagram page and other reviews - how this business continues operating I just don’t know.

Postage costs are ridiculous

Postage costs are ridiculous. They want $23 to send x3 standard sized calendars domestic post and that's not even express postage! The postage cost has jumped by about $10 in 12 months and all they can say is "postage is out of our control" (whilst telling me customer satisfaction is their number one priority). Time to find another provider, after being a loyal Snapfish customer for over 5 years.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Had photo mug done with professional photos at high resolution, and received the mug with photos blurry and dark. Got given credit to make another one, but it ended up the same. I also went to order 1x 4"x4" and 1x 4"x6" photo and was going to be charged $16.90 for postage! Ha, what a joke. When I contacted SnapFish I was told that the postage cost depends on weight, size, and location to be sent to. Umm they are two small photos, I'm in Victoria, and they are feather light. What a load of rubbish. It costs a few dollars to send two photos in an envelope. Not good enough. If they are going to offer this online service, postage needs to be reasonable. Do not recommend, go elsewhere.

Blamed me for their bad product

My photo mug arrived with incredibly dark and blurry photos. I contacted customer service and they blamed me and said I should have lightened the photos and the quality was too low. Their website did not indicate that the photo quality wasn’t acceptable nor did it display the photos as too dark. They looked fine on the website. They offered me credits to re-print it but expected me to pay postage a second time which i refused on principal. Why should I pay to fix something that shouldn’t need fixing? I’ve opted to take my business elsewhere and stop recommending snapfish.

Poor communication and service

I had my order for a photo album cancelled 3 consecutive times, it was a 21st birthday gift for my son. I was only made aware the cancellations when I received a refund from Paypal, and then logged onto the Snapfish site, a month or more after each order. It was difficult to communicate with Snapfish over the chat site and via email, with no ability to talk on the phone. Apparently some photos were of poor quality, so I rectified this as advised. Each time the order went through. My complaints are that: 1- if the order was not of good enough quality then it shouldn't have gone through. 2 - I should have been informed directly via email, not only having to work it out myself after getting a refund after an extended time, 3. It should not have taken up to a month each time for Snapfish to work out they couldn't do the project. 4- I spent hours making all of the changes that Snapfish recommended and it still didn't go through. It was so disappointing and a waste of many hours. I have been dealing with Snapfish for years but not any more.

The quality of the photos is terrible.

The quality of the photos is terrible.

I got 300 photos printed and the quality was so bad, I had to throw them away. I contacted customer service and they told me it was because I had uploaded the photos at a low resolution (the only option through the app). So I uploaded them again through the website at the highest resolution offered. The quality is still terrible, completely unusable.

I contacted customer service again and they told me it was because of the quality of my photos however, I have since gotten them printed at Kmart at the quality is excellent.

Beautiful book with my family memories!

I have had many items made with Snapfish and have always been very pleased with their workmanship, service and delivery. I have just had a lovely book made with all our family memories and it has turned out so beautiful, thank you Snapfish for the care taken to record my family photos. I ordered 2 x books, one for myself and one for my son and his family as I had already given them one a couple of years ago and they loved it so much, my son wanted an updated version, especially as the grandchildren had grown so much! Again, wonderful work Snapfish and I will definitely be ordering with you again in the future.

It is almost impossible to get hold of customer service.
I have a recent photobook where the binding is falling apart & I would like Snapfish to do the right thing & replace it. Their email address is a "no reply" which makes it very disappointing.

No way to reach customer service for overdue product

Snapfish "live chat" never works. The customer service phone number provided is never answered. I ordered something a while back that arrived fine. This time it has now been 2 weeks since the notification that my photo prints shipped, and 9 days since they were estimated to be delivered. No sign of them, and no way to reach customer service. I won't use this service again. It works fine in the U.S. but not here.

DELIVERY LOGISTICS lets them down

Their products are actually great but DONT ORDER CALENDARS from them. They use ARAMEX to deliver - so that means you will NEVER RECEIVE it.
Unfortunately Snap fish customer service seems unable to really resolve the ARAMEX problem either. They just keep telling me to wait or contact ARAMEX again!! I ordered calendars on 5 December, due to arrive 14th December as Xmas gift. It’s now 12 Jan and I’m being told to be patient.
Unfortunately the SnapFish chain has a very weak delivery link so I just can’t recommend their calendars.

Photo book shipped to some unknown address 4 hours away

Ordered a photo book that was shipped to an address 4 hours away from where I live! Contacted Snapfish who suggested that I look around my house and ask my neighbours. Ummm... Kinda hard to do when you live 4 hours away and there's no delivery address to check with. What a stupid suggestion. No tracking provided on the order so I couldn't even tell. Followed up again and now I have to wait 2 weeks for the book which was meant to be delivered before the new year as it was gift. And the customer service reps were irritated by my phone call. Seriously?

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. I ordered a Christmas present in early December and paid for express shipping so that it would arrive a few days before Christmas. It didn’t and when I followed up it appeared that it was never sent out. After spending over 2 hours trying to get through, and being robbed off with clearly incorrect information they finally reprinted and sent another copy with a projected arrival date of 9 January!
