Lack of stock in the warehouse

Lack of stock in the warehouse, I ordered a battery from this website thinking it's the most trusted way to do it. When i went to buy it, it said it was for preorder and to be dispatched by a certain date. That was fine, then a few weeks go by since the dispatche date and I haven't gotten any confirmation email about it, so I emailed Snapper to query it, got told it was going to be another month until it got sent out, and another 2 weeks after that until I got it. So that day I ordered the same thing from Harvey Norman online for cheaper, and got it delivered within 2 weeks.

Average Experience

Ordered 2 products and received 1 product in the first delivery and for the 2nd product wasnt delivered. So had to call and received after few days. Looks like it was missed.

Snapper ticks all the boxes.

Bought the battery operated mower, blower and trimmer package for my daughter. She wanted a lightweight, easy to use, environmentally conscious mower and the Snapper ticked all the boxes. Would suggest purchasing an extra battery though. 30 minute battery life is good, however a second battery would save recharge wait time if you have a sizeable lawn, or want to swap over to the trimmer.
