Worst car in 25yrs! Scratches all over it, key remote broken, terrible driveshaft noise when accelerating, big hold in side of gearbox can see all wires.

From pick up from the airport to their place and from organising the rental car, these guys are awesome, they don’t talk down on you, great sense of humour and respect ,and very professional in everything they do.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

The car is still in good condition, I just wish the exterior could be improved . The car needs repaint and PDR , so the car can be more attractive and fresher. Secondly, the infotainment screen frequently restarted when I was driving. It was unpleasant as I needed to see the direction. There was one time, the car stalled without known reason, but luckily the event happened when reversing in the car park.

Everything, staff so friendly, very informative and attention to details which I couldn't get his name but his an humble Indian man. Your price very affordable and the vehicle is so luxury. Couldn't get this price anywhere else that goes with the vehicle provided. Excellence services and we will be definitely recommend this to all our families. I so love the free Sims that you have also provided in the office, what an excellent idea, one stop shop, get your car and get your Sim. Too good

The service was above and beyond and we will always use these services from here on in. The staff where absolutely amazing there is not one thing I could possibly change to make the whole process any better than what we recieved.

Super simple and quick !it’s away from the airport but the shuttle service is easy to arrange and is a 10 minute max trip from the airport and away from the crazy !

The staff at snap Rentals were wonderful and very helpful. My daughter organised a car through snap Rentals when she came to New Zealand last year,and had told me about them and how their prices were very good and the car she received was great for her family. The efficiency of the shuttle service was good. I will definitely be using them again and definitely recommend them.
