Cinese scammers! Load of crap dont give you your money back - avoid!! They are all over TikTok - avoid its a scam and you wont get your money back as the influences on TIKTok ate not conncted to a secure TIkTOK order they go underr variuos names
Skysmile, Skyshop, Sky and many others - AVOID!!! its a scam

Ordered 2 for 1 paid £18 never received confirmation email with tracking number.
Never arrived. Never got refund

I ordered from these people and they send me a set that had been melted together. I emailed them and they said they would not refund as they sent a replacement. I then waited for said replacement and this was not what I ordered and now these people are digging in their heels and REFUSING TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

Do not ever even think about doing any kind of business with these people - I should have known better. They have STOLEN my money and will not return it. Customer service is poor at best.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

- slow replies to emails, no phone number (i wouldn't want a phone number if my business had reviews like this either)
- slow to ship out item
- when it does ship out, they don't provide tracking number
- ships to the wrong address (shipped to a pickup location that is a 20+ minute walk from me), even though they confirmed my delivery address a few days prior

They are scams people i been waiting a month and recieve today with scams items dont use this company i lost 33 pounds

Paid over a week ago, next day delivery. Nothing here! They don't respond to emails or social media messages. Aboutely shocking! Avoid at all costs!

Payed 3 days ago and still waiting for tracking number, I’ve Tryed to make contact but doesnt seem like they respond to emails and no phone number to contact customer services! No Facebook page to comment on either! This is a scam! I will b ringing the bank to get a refund! And will report to trading standards! Shame on u taking hard earned cash from people!!!!!!

I was order my clip in Venners, waiting for my order more than month, not answering any sms, telephone calls, bastarts, I not live like that, I will find y, and I get my money back.

Bought this product, never received it, phone number has been disconnected, seems like low down, scammers don't buy and lose your money like I have and many more have

Total scam. No delivery and no response to emails. I have contacted channel 4 who have taken my case on and looking into the viability of this "company" and it's illegal tactics. I WILL get a refund and will not drop this.

Giving one star is far too generous. Avoid like the plague, complete and utter scam. Take your money and ignore all correspondence

Really one star is being very generous. Ordered/bought 8th March 2021saying order dispatched 3-5 working days. 3-5 weeks later nothing. Ignored emails and in fact didn’t even open any of my emails because I tracked um. Avoid scammers 100% crap

Order mould for 39 pounds 10th of March 2021, got email that it had been dispatched. Nothing has arrived contacted them via their info contact email address, no response, for an item that was advertised as 3 working days delivery

Take the money, no order, no explanation, ignore emails. Total crap.do not waste your money with these time wasters.

Absolute con ,DONT TOUCH THIS CIMP

I ordered some SnapSmile veneers on the 18th February 2021 for the discounted price of £30. On the same day I emailed SnapSmile to see if it was too late to change my delivery option to first class, which I did get a reply. From there on, I had no notifications saying my order had been dispatched and yet I still do not have the goods I have ordered.I have emailed SnapSmile to chase my order and still have had no reply on the following dates; 23.2.2021, 25.2.2021 & 27.2.2021.
Between these emails I have also sent messages on Facebook and Instagram which I had no reply from SnapSmile on; 24.2.2021 & 25.2.2021.Since trying to get in contact with SnapSmile, I have discovered that the company is not as the address they say they are registered to and the phone number given is a dead line. I have taken my complaint to citizens advice also and I am trying to get my money back through my bank.
Finally, I had posted a comment on one of their January posts advising people not to buy and to check all the other reviews on google and Instagram to back up my experience and that I am not the only one... that comment has since been deleted and I am blocked from posting any further comments on their page. STOP IGNORING ME AND GIVE ME MY REFUND.
PS. You have been reported for fraud and citizens advice are now monitoring this company and gathering proof of you being frauds... there’s many reviews online to back up my complaint

Took my money never arrived tried to contact them with no response dont use them absolute scam.

Ordered veneers from them. They did not arrive after 2 weeks. Sent 2 faceboook messages to the company and 2 emails. No response from any of them. I have found myself blocked from their Facebook page as of today. I would like to think there's a delay in delivering due to covid. But the lack of responses and blocking customers tells me otherwise. I will be contacting my bank for a refund and will be reporting them to consumer rights.
