The phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond. They ignored my issue. I never received my item and I wanted to chancel my order to get a faster refund.

Absolutely horrible and big scam
Absolutely horrible, ordered shoes about 2 months ago. First they responded to my E-Mails, after the package never came, no answer at all. I find it sad that sites like this get promoted on big platforms like instagram before being checked. Anyone got any idea how to get back my money? If even possible? Really cringe from them. I do not know why someone would feel comfortable working for this company. Shame on you guys.

THIS IS A SCAM!! I read the positive reviews and thought it was a legit service, but I have been waiting for 4 months for a pair of shoes that will never arrive. After about two months of waiting I contacted their team, and was told the shoes would arrive in a week. After another month of waiting I asked for a refund (because the product was obviously never going to come). They told me they can’t give a refund and that I should return the shoes with a little smiley face. When I informed them what they are doing is unlawful I was told there’s simply nothing they can do. Scam company. Save your money.

This is clearly A SCAM. I ordered a pair of sneakers over 2 MONTHS AGO!! They never arrived and they never sent any proof of shipment! They simply took the money, sent a confirmation e-mail and that's it. Nothing. Only a useless e-mail after several weeks, saying the shoes were undergoing originality check by some third party (???). After several written enquiries, customer support simply kept answering it could take up to or over a month, and I should simply and faithfully wait. Even today, after two months, they keep saying I should WAIT?? and they cannot (will not) issue any refund as my order was individually purchased (whatever this means). This is actually ridiculous if I were not so furious. So, BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE and stay away from them!

This store is a complete joke. Ordered expensive shoes 11 weeks ago, and I get no update on where they are or when they will be delivered. Customer service is 100% useless. I will never buy from them again and would advise anyone against it. They list shoes on their website which they simply cannot source.
