The shipping was fast and I found shoes that were sold out elsewhere BUT as the shoes didn’t fit I sent them back (at my own expense) but 4 MONTHS and multiple mails later, I am still waiting for my 100+ euros refund.

Save yourself the hassle and don’t order at this fraudulent business. Check the reviews on Google Maps, all people complaining about not getting their refund.

2 months ago Sneaker District confirmed that they received the package I send them back because the shoes were too big.
Since then, they did not issue any reimbursement and are ignoring all my emails

AVOID!!!! I have returned shoes to them that dis not fit. They have sent me a message to tell me that they experienced délais with refunds. We are far past the delay, and I have sent two reminders without any reaction. Never again!!!

Very bad customer service.
I purchased a pair of sneakers on 28/08/2023. They fitted too big and I sent them back right away. I got my Return notice email on Sep. 5th. Today, 19/10/2023, I have NOT yet received my refund. I have sent 6 emails and they do not reply. What a shame!

The seller is a freud and does not refund money for returned orders.

I am disappointed with Sneaker District and the low-quality Asics sneakers I purchased from them. Here are the key issues:

1. Inferior Quality: The shoes' soles started coming loose after a few months of limited use due to a manufacturing defect. This is unacceptable for a renowned brand like Asics.

2. Lack of Customer Support: I contacted Sneaker District on September 18th but received no response. I felt ignored and dismissed as a paying customer.

3. Unresponsiveness: I followed up on October 5th, hoping for a prompt reply, but they continued to be unresponsive. Their disregard for customer concerns frustrated me.

4. Passing the Buck: When I reached out to Asics for help, they directed me back to Sneaker District. The back-and-forth wasted my time and added to my frustration.

In summary, Sneaker District's nonexistent customer service demonstrate a lack of professionalism. I'd advise against purchasing from them.

Edit: Today is November 23rd and I still haven't received a response from Sneaker District. I do not recommend shopping with them.

Edit: Today is December 15th, and I have not received any response from their customer service yet.

Thieves. I returned the first pair of shoes to make a size change, and since September 2, they wrote to me saying that they had received the return and were going to refund me the money, and they have not returned it to me. Several times they have told me: we are busy, we will return your money in two weeks. And the money doesn't arrive. I'm going to file a report with the police.

I ordered a pair of sneakers in July but they didn't fit me so I wanted to return them. I paid 12 Euros for the post and got an email a month after that they received my return but they will be late with the refund due to being understaffed. I said ok...I will wait. After almost a month I wrote back an email and asked what happened with my refund - got an automatic reply but no real reply. After 2 weeks I wrote again - no answer. It's now October, I basically did not get my money back and I am also without the sneakers. Super extra bad experience - never happened to me before!

‼️DO NOT BUY HERE‼️The service is Bad and the quality of the shoes do not seem original, to receive a refund it takes months and that is why you have to harass them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAGE, IT IS A "COMPANY" DISASTER, I returned the pair of shoes more than three months ago and they don't want to give me my money back, they play with you all the time telling you to wait and wait, they have a lot of returns but it's a farce, that doesn't even happen. A good clothing brand, what a disaster of a company if you can call it that.

Parcel delivered in 1 day - super responsive and fast service

This is the second time I order at sneakerdistrict.nl. The first time they seemed to have some supply chain/delivery problems. This isn’t the case anymore. I ordered it Saturday at 9PM and I got them delivered on Monday at 1PM. Which is really fast. The shoes are good looking (as shown on the website with the helpful 360° view to be more confident about your choice). Generally speaking they come from far but they have definitely improved their business!

Good and fast service, except no return label/service

Returned two items on August 21st, today is October 5th and I still haven’t received my refund and they won’t reply my emails, do not shop at this place, it’s a headache.

I returned my order on August 6th, and I still haven't received a refund. I've sent messages to customer service and have never received a response. Additionally, I paid for the return shipping costs.

UPDATE: 16 november, I received a mail they refund me...
