Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience I ever experienced in the sneaker community. They sent me a different colorway than ordered (they probably never had the displayed/ordered one), after several email requests I agreed to keep the sneakers and get a partial refund, dispite resulting in a price still way above market price. Two months later, I still haven‘t received the refund, initially making promises („next monday latest“), in the meantime not even responding to my emails anymore…

Fast shipping times and best prices.
I ordered a pair of dunk fogs and they arrived pretty fast. I was astonished by the packaging and the fast shipping. Also the price was way better than all competitors in the Netherlands. Definitely recommend.

Never again. If you are happy to wait months for your order and try to contact in 3 different channels until you get a tracking number, sure, you should order. I would have overlooked how overpriced they are for good service but no. They don't reply to emails or social media and you will get your order only if you insist. DON'T ORDER

I have ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago with a 1 to 4 working days shipping policy . Obviously, I have been charged for my order whereas nothing has been sent to me. I have tried to reach the company by e-mail, instagram, phone and I have no news about them. Please, if you don't want to loose your money stay away from this company and there false advertising.
